Best Heat Pump Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

I was extremely disappointed. The serviceman refused to repair my faucet. He said that the seat was bad and could not be repaired or replaced.I have since found a tool at Lowes that I believe could have been used to satisfactorily re-surface the faucet seat.However, I purchased a 3/8 Allen wrench and used it to remove the seat. I then went to Economy Plumbing and purchased a new seat and other parts needed to rebuild my faucet. It now is as good as new.

On 12/28/2021 I discovered we had a leak in the pipe between the flow meter at the street and the main shutoff at the house. On 12/29/2021 I made a few calls to some plumbers I’d used in the past but received zero calls back… except from one, Pristine Plumbing. After explaining the issue to Josi, she got Ron to come out the next day to assess the issue. On 12/30/2021 Ron came to the house, confirmed where the problem was, and presented me with a couple options. I decided to go with running a whole new line via bore as we’ve already had repairs on the old copper line. Ron gave us a job start date of 01/06/2022 which we were good with considering the scope of the job. At 0800 on 01/06/2022, Derrick showed up and started the job. He had to dig a large hole in the yard by the flow meter and bust up concrete in the garage to get the new pipe hooked up. One thing to note, 01/06 and 01/07 were some really cold days. I didn’t hear anyone on-site complain about it. On 01/07 they came back even though it was quite cold and bore the line. Derrick, Mike (I think that’s his name), and another gentlemen stayed until about 1800 to ensure everything was working and cleaned up. Billy came out today to finish up the concrete work.

As someone that believes good customer service doesn’t happen as often as it should now days, Pristine Plumbing nailed it. They not only did a great job, they did it with a great attitude. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I’ll recommend them to anyone I can. Thank you guys!

Saturday (5/15), my water heater broke. I called Benjamin Franklin, Brian showed up quickly, and replaced the water heater the same day, he even replaced the water pan under the heater with an aluminum one. My wife said the new heater is faster than the old one. So He's done a good job.

They text me when they were on there way, showed up and were very personal and unfortunately could not help me with my issue but in the future I would use them again.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

Unfortunately over the Mother's day weekend, my kitchen sink sprung a leak. Since it was a holiday and I wasn't gonna be home much, I decided to have a plumber come over today. Kendall was awesome!!! Very friendly and always smiling! He instantly brightened up my mood about the situation. We discussed some great payment options so I could get both drains of my sink fixed. Dillon was a very nice guy and got the drain cleaned and working in no time. He also cleaned up after himself and he was very friendly. I really liked him and will call Plumb On again when I need a plumber and I will request Dillon to come out.
