Our bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly. Mike came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and was able resolve it all for us in a matter of an hour. After answering all of my questions but before leaving, Mike triple-checked the drain to make sure it was good to go. Needless to say he was thorough and very pleasant to work with today.

We were referred to LD Smith by another plumbing company to address an outside sewer drain line issue that came up urgently. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come out and examine and clear the clog within 3 hours of my initial call. Nick was pleasant, professional, honest and thorough in his work so that we didn’t get stuck with a big bill and another problem over the weekend until the other expensive plumbing issue could be addressed the following week by the original company. I would recommend them (and Nick) based on our experience.

Weilhammer Plumbing did a 100% plumbing piping replacement on my house that I am rehabbing. New faucets, shower, drains, water heater, etc. Excellent work, high quality, reasonable price. The owner is a person with integrity, a rare find. I definitely recommend Weilhammer Plumbing and would not hesitate to call Weilhammer Plumbing again should I desire additional upgrades.

I read all the reviews and they were mostly good but turns out, I have been another unlucky one for this company. I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday between 2-4. They called me earlier in the day (1130a) saying they were available then and to call back if I was also available. I wasn't, I was at work and didn't bother calling them back. Apparently my lack of response indicated that I no longer wanted an appointment because at 345 I was on the phone trying to figure out when someone was going to show up. They then told me that they tried to call me several times. I had ONE call from them well before my appointment window. They said because they tried to call me and I didn't answer that their tech had to move on. I've worked in the service industry for the past 15 years. I was trying to be understanding but a blatant lie was too much for me. I talked to the assistant manager who apologized and said they would come out Saturday without charging me the weekend service fee so I wouldn't have to take more time off work. They were supposed to show up between 9-11 and once again, I was on the phone at 1045 to figure out when someone was going to show. What i got was an answering service where they wanted to record me saying my issue was an emergency. Nope. Not getting charged an emergency fee because you guys messed up 1 time already. So i told them to cancel my appointment and he proceeded to tell me he wasn't authorized to do that. Really?!?!?! Very poor communication and lack of respect for someone else's time. If someone had called and said they would be late, I would have been willing to give them a chance but that's over now. I'm calling someone else.

I have used Hamm & Sons a few times. The service has always been great and the prices have been reasonable. It is very scary when you need plumbing work done. It is usually an emergency. I will continue to use Hamm & Sons.

This Service is awful. The first time they came out to the house it was great, they were on time, they made a call before they came, service went wonderfully. two weeks later our water started to back up again, so we called them. Gave them a time crunch because we both had to work, had one phone call saying he was on a job but then would call before he came to the house. No call, no service before we had to work, no message saying they had been to the house while we were gone. Called to schedule another appointment, was argued with that we did not anwser the door. Third appointment, again no call, no service. Called again to find out what is going on to schedule a last appointment before going somewhere else. And I was told that they refuse to uphold their warranty, and I was hung up on. If you call them you may expect rude behavior and unprofessional conduct.

Floyd has been incredibly helpful in repairing my sump pump and talking me through maintenance tips. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. Very much appreciate him!

I have had nothing but great service from Roby's at VERY reasonable prices. It goes all the way to the 1980s. Back then we had a busted water pipe and the guy went into my attic and used a ladder to get down behind the wall and the fireplace and he fixed it. The easy way for him would have been to tear up the wall, but he didn't want me to have to pay to have the wall repaired. Recently, I had Roby's come out and install a roman tub faucet and a shower faucet. I believe the plumber's name was Rick and he was very efficient and everything works great. I would not hesitate to call Roby's again.

In May of 2014, we installed a 2.5 ton Goodman air conditioning unit. The price was $1,600. We began having issues in August of 2017 with the unit. They changed the compressor twice, the inner coils, and added refrigerant a couple times. As they began guessing on the diagnosis of the problem with our unit and replaced our inner coils for $850. This was the last effort by McNeely to figure out why the unit kept failing. Eventually the bill ballooned to approximately $2,000 for a problem that started out with our compressor failing. The unit has now had three different compressors, a new fan, and electrical components. Once we challenged the bill, McNeely put a lean on our house. Once we obtained legal counsel, we agreed to a set payment and to part ways. Anyone in their right mind would have never agreed to spend $2,000 on a unit we purchased for $1,600. We could have simply replaced the unit for that. As of August 2018, we now have our 4th compressor failing. I change the filter every three months and ensure regular maintenance is completed on the unit. Proceed with caution!

Justin H. did a fantastic and thorough job. He explained everything well, and was very easy to work with.

Jesse arrived quickly after I called to replace my leaking water heater tank. He explained every step of the way what he was doing. and was very knowledgeable. He even had tips on prolonging the life of the tank. It ended up being an intense project, much longer than anticipated, but he kept a smile on his face the entire time. Great service!
