Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

Lexi was great and helped me answer all the questions regarding the installation logistics and coat. She was able work around my schedule and accommodate the appointment.
Kenny did a great job with the installation, very professional and efficient. Definitely recommend their services.

Tim and Service Plus did an amazing job getting me scheduled for a sink leak as well as garbage disposal jam which turned into a replacement. Tim was polite, friendly and very helpful in explaining the new equipment. Thank you!

I had a damaged refrigerant line. 24-7 employee Wes was prompt and discussed the issues and then the possible solutions with me. He discussed what the repair would entail and then visually identified several things with the system for me to consider. My system was 10 years old and after weighing the options presented, I decided to get a new system. 24-7 was able to work me into their schedule and Wes and CJ arrived the next day for the install. The install was completed that day. I received top quality work from two professional employees and am very happy with the completed installation!

Howald offers the best service and reliability of any company in town. Many years ago, they saved me from buying a new air conditioner by replacing a $50 part. They could have talked me into a new unit but instead were honest, fair and knowledgeable. Homeowners do not forget things like that. Monday 10/18, I had water in my crawl space and Arman came the day after I called to fix everything - a new sump pump. He communicated all along so I knew exactly what was needed. He even spoke with my neighbor about the water flowing from my house to his. Happy Larry added plumbing to the services offered and that he hired Arman! MIke, before Arman, helped me a few times, too. One extensive repair that was done professionally and correctly. And Larry, the furnace guy is super!

I am the property maintenance supervisor for a local condo Association and the residents that have had to deal with McNeely and their plumbers have made it a point to let me know that they were incredible to work with compared to other plumbers that we've had out in the past. The staff is great at communicating with the residents on every occasion which is a rare quality sometimes in the plumbing, And they will go out of their way to do anything that they can. My own personal experience has shown me that customer service quality at their office is always a pleasure to work with as well

Arrived promptly at the scheduled time, which isn’t the case with most other competitors.Kyle C. came to perform an annual tune up on our A/C unit. He was very thorough and also very helpful in answering all my questions. We had good conversation and he showed me what he was doing and why it was important for the health and longevity of my systems.We will definitely be using Williams Comfort Air again and asking for Kyle C. !

Joe Wood is an outstanding professional. He arrives on time, determines the problem and efficiently gets about fixing it. He has been to our home several times, each appointment he leaves us with great common sense suggestions to keep other issues from occurring. I highly recommend Joe Wood as a plumber.

While my experience with the technician was positive, I am unlikely to ever do business with this company again. Everything that was under that technician's control was done professionally and without fault.My experience with Williams Comfort Air revealed their sneaky business practices, which are structured in every conceivable fashion to extract more money for less value from their customers.1). When I called about my AC not working, I was told that a technician could make it out that day sometime between 7am-10pm and that it would cost ~$100. Sounds great! I got a call at 6pm explaining that the technician was preparing to head over, but that it would be an extra $50 because it was after hours. Okay...kind of messed up that detail wasn't mentioned in my first call. But certainly forgiveable if I could get my ac fixed that day.2). When the technician arrives, he informs me that my 12 year warranty on my furnace/ac is not valid, because it wasn't transferred into my name within 6 months of me purchasing the property. What?! There was absolutely no information detailing this in the warranty agreement I have on file. I am informed that the only time that detail is mentioned is when the original buyer signs the agreement, and therefore the only way I could possibly know that is if the previous owner informed me. This is a scummy business practice in which WCA is able to avoid honoring warranties essentially whenever a warrantied HVAC system is sold to a new owner.3). Don't worry though. I learned we can still fudge some dates and get warranty coverage for you. But you won't be able to recover the 12 year warranty, just 3 years. Oh...we will also charge you a $250 transfer fee.Williams Comfort Air business practices are so transparently pitched against their customers I almost respect it. I'd recommend against doing business with this company if you are able.
