I was very happy with the service. He gave an estimate of what it will cost, and they were able to fix my water heater fast! Will use them again in the future.

Godby replaced our furnace and air conditioner while we were out of town. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. Our salesman even called after we returned to make sure we were satisfied. We will continue to use Godby HPE for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.

Devon was professional and provided me with information so I was able to make a decision based on my needs. He takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with your decisions by answering questions and giving you professional, educated guidance and feed back. Feel he is trustworthy, and felt comfortable with my purchase.

Update, again -- same great experience, so I'm just posting this again since it is still relevant-- James was just out for our scheduled maintenance/tune-up. Quick, thorough, and helpful -- as always.Also, we had Howald replace our other HVAC system earlier this month. All went very well. We continue to be very pleased with the work, advice, friendliness, and total experience every time we have an opportunity to contact Howald.We have happily used Howald over the years. All of the technicians (and yes, even their sales people) have been absolutely professional, honest, astute, and proficient. With regards our most recent experience, I'm remembering school days when team captains had to take turns choosing kids for our side. On that note, I would definitely choose James Miller first. I'd be excitedly jumping up and down with arms flailing to get to do so. He is unbelievably knowledgeable, personable, capable, remarkable, and everythingelseable. He exhibits great insight and ability to quickly and accurately diagnose and repair issues. And, he gives great advice. And he's wonderful to talk to. And our dogs like him. Top notch, A #1 guy.

The plumber who came to my house was extremely unprofessional. I asked questions and he treated me like I didn't know anything. I'm not a plumber so obviously my knowledge will be limited.

He performed worked and then told me he couldn't guarantee the work because he wasn't the initial plumber to install my shower. He was unable to tell me how to make payment or what the cost of the work would be. He proceeded to make me wait for a lengthy amount of time before he could determine how payment could be collected.

I do not plan on hiring McNeely ever again for my plumbing needs.

Terry provided Inspection & evaluation of the plumbing system. Service included recommendations required to improve water services and water quality - very much appreciated.

We've used Williams Comfort Air for years and have always been very happy with their employees and service. They come out right away when we need them. Super friendly and low turnover. We've had the same techs several times. I highly recommend!!

Darryl was kind, helpful, thorough and fixed my AC issue. He came by at 7:30 am, after I called close to 6 am due to waking up in a home that was around 90 degrees. Because of his prompt professional service, I was able to stay safe, care for my family & go to work (from home) myself w/ no issue. I am grateful.
