Best Garbage Disposal Fix in Indianapolis IN

Over the past few months I have purchased and sold a home. Significant plumbing issues existed that required repair in both homes. I also had 3 emergency issues, 2 leaks from a drain and pipe that arose! It was a plumbing circus. Jim Cummins and Justin Smith of Hope are awesome. The customer service team is awesome. They responded quickly and communicated effectively on arrrival time windows and follow ups. They also offered non biased advice when it came to choices for replacements. I’d recommend them strongly.

David was AWESOME! Super great personality and was very honest about price. They’ll be back tomorrow to finish the work and I have zero doubt Juan will be just as great!

I contacted Ciriello Plumbing to repair a hot water supply for a bathroom lavatory. The work was done promptly with good materials. The technician provided me with the failed part so I could use it for documentation purposes.

100% A++++ Satisfied Customer!! Had a major issue with the sewer line. After Googling some plumbers in the area, Mr. Rooter popped up. Read the reviews and gave them a call. So glad I did! Technicians Randy and Damon were out to the house later in the day and assessed the situation. Randy explained that the clay tile sewer line collapsed where it connects to the inside of the house and was upfront on how they would go about to repair it. Got a very reasonable and detailed quote of the work they would perform. These guys were awesome! Very professional and polite through the whole process. They were able to repair just a section of the sewer line rather than replacing all of it, saving a ton of money!!! They also scoped the rest of the sewer line. Then cleared out a few sections of very bad blockage and showed me the before and after - holy wow! They went above and beyond from the start of the process to the end. If you are in need of some plumbing services, don't hesitate to call Mr. Rooter!!!

The serviceman was prompt and courteous. He made the $ sticker shock easier to take. I believed him when he said that they will honor their 6-month warranty. I have had other sewer companies say they would honor the warranty, but then hassle me about it later.My only complaint is the amount they charge. $309. is way too much. (Very little overhead - too many layers of management). I will not use them again because of it.
