I called on the same day 4 different plumbing company's to get a free estimate of water heater replacement. The B. Franklin Plumbing of Indianapolis was only one which answered my call right away. My tech was Mark a smiling person, explaining in details what & how it can be done and providing information about water heater electric and thankless. What a great knowledge on efficiency in both cases including many categories of the thankless option. Most amazing to me is that all needed supplies he have on hand and installation will start tomorrow.I also did explore an option of buying by myself a thankless water heater at Lowe's or Home Depot. He agreed to install what I would buy but the job warranty would not cover it and the price difference was just $400. Now I would have lifetime workmanship warranty. Splendid, awesome service.Installation of water softener and tankless heater made by Dan is great but... He used without asking one of 2x4 piece of wood ready for my next project to mount that tankless water heater. Mentioned wood was cut to size, with pre-drilled pocket holes and inserted screws in it. It was very easy to recognize that it is for some purpose set in a corner with other similar looking piece. I would not mind if he ask before using it.

Our service technician was Muana, #2619. He was courteous and very polite. He assessed the repairs needed, estimated the cost of labor and materials, asked for permission to do the work, effectively completed the plumbing repair, and cleaned up the job site when he was done. We are completely satisfied with his performance, and very pleased with Roto-Rooter's quick response to our request for an emergency repair of our plumbing system.

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important

Of course the issue had seemed to resolved itself after I'd called for a plumber, but I had them to snake out the toilet anyway.

Tim was very efficient and not only installed my new tankless water heater and removed the old one, he reorganized the whole set up with my water softener, furnace, and humidifier, and even fixed a leak in the humidifier I didn't know I had. He did a good job cleaning up and was very courteous and professional. I would be happy to have him return for any future plumbing jobs I might have.

This company went out of there way to save me money! I had a leek in the ceiling of my garage that was discovered at 9PM. After calling 3 other companies that were not available I found them. They answered my call and had a service person call me with 20 min. He discussed my problem and talk about what he would need to do to fix it. He was going to be another hour before he finished another job so we agreed with the water off I could wait until morning and save $150. They called at 8AM the next day to come out to fix the leak. They arrived in 20min and the they went out of their way to avoid cutting the drywall in the ceiling. Amazing job and they ate my new go to plumber for all my needs. Oh and the repair was only $209.

FOLLOW-UP: So this morning I do a load of laundry and again, both toilets gurgle and both tubs fill up with a foul smelling water. I call to report it appears the drain issue was not fixed on Thursday, then I get told to have someone out today it would cost me $47 for an emergency trip. Why should I have to pay more for something that I already paid to be fixed? I already paid $93 to clear my drain AND an additional $235 because they had to access the drain from my toilet so i had to pay to have it removed and then reset. So now, i have to wait and take off work...again. Oh and I was told I could be charged more when the tech gets out here even though I paid for a drain to be cleared that actually wasn't cleared. Wow...Will update...

Jake came out this afternoon on very short notice to check a mysterious leak from our plumbing vent. It turns out the issue is on the roof, and outside their scope, but we really appreciate the fast response time. Very glad we have entrusted our plumbing to your company. Thanks again!
