Kevin Steele has been to my house in the past and is extremely polite, professional and helpful. He assessed my plumbing needs and discovered that I am in need of a new water heater. He was able to research when mine was manufactured and it is approximately 18 years old. He was concerned that it could begin leaking and suggested I consider replacing it. We decided to see if I was eligible for financing. I highly recommend using 24-7!! My water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. My repair guy was efficient and knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job. He was funny and personable. Exactly the kind of person you want coming to fix stuff when it's painful to pay out money. He gave me good information to keep up monthly maintenance. I give him a 10.

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.

Called for a number of repairs, they arrived on time and were only capable of completing 3 of the 4 things as they recommended to us to NOT address the slow drip we have in our master bath tub. We thought that was unusual at first but when they slapped us with a $500 bill for addressing the three (3) items, we suspect it was because they were afraid of hitting us with a huge plumbing bill. Regardless, we did not get everything addressed that we asked for and still ended up paying over $500 for the work that was completed. We now have to find another plumber who can finish the work.
