I had a bird stuck in my furnace flue. Great response from the service department and the technician got to me right away. He solved me problem and set the poor bird free. He was so informative and helpful. This is a great company that is responsive and one that knows what they are doing. I could not be happier!

Graciously explained my sump pump problem and fixed it. I had multiple questions through out the house he suggested resolutions or how the systems work. David my technician, Patty whom took my original call and the Service Plus team was professional and beyond helpful. Thank you! Jen T

My mother-in-law contacted this company to fix a leaking gas line in her home. Plumber (Bryce) came out in timely manner and checked on the status of their lines. After finding 11 leaks near fittings it was recommended to replace the old gas line. At this point everything seemed good and then came the quote. This company wanted roughly $3800 to replace by their estimate; 50ft of line from the meter through a drop down ceiling with easy access to two appliances. Making the job cost a whopping $75 a foot! At this point I got involved as it was clear they were taking advantage of her given the time of year (New Years) and the cold temperature. Having worked in construction for many years, I asked Bryce why this relatively simple job was going to cost so much. After some back and forth he became defensive and hung up on me. I advised my mother-in-law to pay for the work they had done and never talk to this company again. She made an appointment with another more reputable company and they quoted her $980($20 a ft) to do the same work! Now tell me where the $2800+ difference comes in besides this company seeking to take advantage of a women in a bad situation. It's practices like this that give this industry a bad name and I would be ashamed to be associated with this company in any way. Always get second opinions on work and watch out for companies like this they prey on peoples trust.
UPDATE: Was contacted by the company manager, they apologized for what happened and stated that the above tech had been let go due to past transgressions of a similar nature. Additionally they waived the service fee she had been charged for that techs works. I appreciate the manager taking the time to try and make this right and reaching out to her. Updated rating based on these actions.

Lance was on site repairing my air conditioning with 2 hours of my initial phone call. He identified the issue quickly and corrected the problem.

I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the services I was provided. My AC went out and they were here and had it fixed within 48 hours. While repairing my AC unit, discovered a leak in my water heater (That would have flooded my basement) and had a plumber out within 30mins. The service has been EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone who has been to my home has been so kind and professional. They have been above and beyond to meet our needs!

Our water heater went out and they had a new one installed the day after we called. Travis was super friendly and explained everything. Very professional and did a great clean up job as well.

These guys are all professionals. Probably the absolute best company know to man.

What I like about this business is the way they inform you. And also like the Punctuality of the Service. Bryant was very informative, very Professional, very Nice.

Very disappointed with Indiana Residential, especially Brian Alexander in particular. They don't seem to be able or willing to work per IHPC guidelines, which is unfortunate given the number of homes around here within historic districts. We asked them to quote siding and trim replacement plus painting. We were told we'd receive a quote on Friday, Monday at the latest. We didn't receive a quote until the following Thursday after we contacted Brian to follow up. We immediately sent follow-up questions and once again, did not receive a response after several calls, voicemails, and emails. We only received a response 12 days later when I submitted another request for quote on their website. Brian's response, in my opinion unprofessional, was I will not be quoting installation of sheathing at the property. With the limitation of saving existing trim material around windows, We will not be able to address any sheathing installation as the trim would end up recessed behind the siding. Thank you for your understanding, best of luck finding a contractor to address your repairs. Overall, disappointed that we wasted our time with Indiana Residential.

He was punctual and quick. I ask him if the exterior coil cleaning was part of the tuneup and he said yes if it needs it. Since it had been cleaned six months ago he said they were not very dirty but he would do it anyway. He wore a mask, gloves and paper shoe covers. Explained the age of my unit without pushing the sales of a new unit on me. Very professional

I am pretty disappointed with the diagnosis and expertise they have. I hired them for my yearly furnace tune up and ended up paying $800 for unnecessary. The technician said my furnace is not distributing gas as part of tune up process and diagnosed it could be the gas valve issue. But after the new gas valve installation , which cost me $800 it didn’t work and he pointed out it could be a control board issue for which I have pay extra $1300. I did not get what I paid for. Before my furnace pilot was lightning and now after the gas valve installation it is not lighting up. Pathetic.

Complete rip-off. I’d give him ZERO STARS if an option. Robert Poteet is a liar, and dishonest person and will cheat you out of your money. I am not his first victim. This guy intentionally damaged my HVAC system, then tried to tell me I needed a new one. Took money from me and never returned . Robert Poteet- look him up on Indiana Courts mycase.in.gov.
