Brian White came to our home quickly and was extremely professional and polite. I was dreading having our water heater replaced, but he did the job well and left our home spotless! My best experience with a plumber ever.

Gus did a great job investigating our issue and put a lot of extra effort into the problem even when it was determined not to be a plumbing issue.

I had a serious clogged drain worked with it for 2-3 days. Young man Van came and was very passionate and straight with me, I did not understand everything and I asked him several times to repeat the process to me. He took his time and kept repeating to me to help me understand and assure me he would do his best to solve the problems. He did and help explain how to take care of the drains hopefully not to have more problems. I was very upset about the money I am retired so he gave me this sweepstake entry. And he was very patient with his co-worker has well to explain to him the process as well. Very patient young man. Thanks Van & Vera! So much!!

Ricky came over to fix our water heaters. We had no hot water pressure and now it's back to normal! Really polite and efficient will gladly request their service in the future.

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

We had city water installed replacing our well system. Brandon did an excellent job heading up this 3 day operation and we are very pleased with the outcome. He also communicated very well with us and that was extremely helpful.

I had a very basic sercie call of replacing a 100A main breaker. I told them what I needed when we set up the service call. The work and customer service was fine. The final price was double what it should have been. Over $400 for less than an hour job and a $70 msrp breaker. Crazy high priced! I had to cancel the rest of my work with this company just due to their prices. Another local electrical company finished the rest of the work for much more respectable prices.

I always like to observe the work and not all services are ok with that, but Dillion had no problem with that and we had a nice conversation too. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

We have used 24/7 three times now. All same day service. My mother also called and was very happy with her water leak repair. They saved her 700bucks by calling the city to fix part of the problem. We had them install a water softener and serviced our heat pump. Very satisfied with their work and prompt service.
