Best Drain Pipe Repairs in Indianapolis IN

Crazy expensive! They charged me over $5k to install 2 new valves and a yoke in the meter pit. They said they would need to excavate hence the insane price. They ended up bringing a shovel and barely dug at all. I can't believe I paid so much for this!

On time, personable, clean, neat, knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and reasonably priced service. My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!
Then PLUMBERS AIR+ showed up on my phone. I called they answered IMMEDIATELY ! Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! I received a text with a picture showing me what the repairman look like and a Bio of his background. This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! PLUMBERS +AIR can count on me to tell everyone about their EXCELLENT SERVICE! CALL NOW IF YOU NEED SERVICE! EVERYONE PLUMBERS + AIR! I WILL CALL FOR SERVICE EVERY TIME!

Returning home from vacation on a Saturday night, we found our water heater has sprung a leak. We called 6 different 24 hour services and got no answer and no response. Mark (Weilhammer) not only answered the phone, but came out during a heavy snow to get us up and running. Very grateful, highly recommend.

This is the second time we have had to use this company in the last 3 years for 2 different issues. Their technicians are professional and very thorough. They are done in a little over an hour each time. Jeff J came this time and couldn’t be any more pleased with his work.

Beware these people are rippers, make sure to call other plumbers too, they will rip you off in minutes, estimated ridiculous amount of money for the jobs. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ESTIMATES, CALL OTHER TOO.?

I had an issue with my water softener. I gave Bob a call and he helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue. He's honest and not trying to oversell. I would highly recommend Bob. Great guy!

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.

I write reviews infrequently, but I feel it is worth sharing how much I appreciate what Mark at Summers did for us. Indy was getting one last blast of summer heat in September, and of course our 19 year old AC died on Saturday at 5 pm. Most places told me it would be Monday until they could fix it, but Mark said he could do it, and he got in his truck and got here quick. He worked on Saturday night for 3 hours to get our AC working. He was also totally honest about pricing: labor was as quoted and the motor was expensive, but he charged exactly what he said he would. HVAC isn't cheap, but when it hits 90 degrees at night, I am willing to pay for an honest quote and some like Mark who works hard to get it done. I am going to sleep tonight 4 hours later with a working AC instead of waiting until Monday--I say that's worth it!

Drew is the nicest guy. Was always in a good mood and smiling. Third time at my house (it's a old house) for a pipe leak. It wasn't a pipe leak but he did find the problem. He is very good at what he does. And their membership is a plus. Highly recommend

B&W showed up on time and quickly confirmed the problem. They gave me a reasonable estimate and price for fixing the problem and then met the expectations. I appreciate the transparency and ability to execute on what was promised.

We have been very well taken care of by Mr. Plumber and their technicians. We've had 5 total technicians because what we thought was just a clogged sink, turned out to be a lot more. Warren (camera) and Jonathan (hydrojet) have gone above and beyond for us to make sure that our problem is getting fixed. They have been honest and given us worst case scenario options and also worked to get things flowing at the lowest cost possible to us. Everyone has also been willing to explain what's going on and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend Mr. Plumber to friends/family and will be using again in the future.
