Best Drain Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

I had a great experience with Hope Plumbing. I had an issue with the Sump in my basement. They were able to get me on the schedule same day! Casey was my plumber and he had all of my issues fixed in the matter of a few hours. I really appreciated that he walked me through what the multiple solutions would look and did immediately not try to sell us on the most expensive option. I cannot speak high enough of the quality work Casey did in our home. Highly recommend this business. Thank you hope plumbing!

They text me when they were on there way, showed up and were very personal and unfortunately could not help me with my issue but in the future I would use them again.

The basement drains were backing up and flooding the basement. The company sent a person out to quote the work of moving the basement drains to a sump pump and out to the sewer system. He was able to see the issue and come up with a simple and effective solution that was better that the others. The landlord signed the only quote sent and work was scheduled. I took a vacation day to allow them in. The work took about 5 hours and I was told they had finished. I saw the work and it was just adding a sink and a sump pump for the washing machine but not for the floor drains. When I asked about that I was told it wasn’t on the work order. I said that there must be a miscommunication since the washer wasn’t the issue. The tech kept saying it wasn’t on the work order and arguing with me. He made no effort to clarify the issue with his office and didn’t care that the work was wrong. My landlord called the company and was told that the floor drains were covered in the quote. Another day off for me just to have the same rude tech came back out put a plug in the floor drain and left. He told me that the $4000 quote was not what was signed and then ignored me because I was upset and rude to him! No one is getting to the bottom of the issue between what was contracted and what was delivered.

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

Danny was great arrived here quickly on a Sunday morning. Very professsional. Just a bit pricey for a drain clog.

These guys are CROOKS My 88 year old grandmother has cancer and she called them because her pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Acme came out and looked at the water heater for 5 mins and they told her she needed a $3,000 water heater so I called roto rooter and they came out and said the water heater wasnt even a year old and all it needed was a $25 thermocoupler. Roto rooter charged $75 total and got it fixed in 30 mins. What a joke!

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important

This is my second time working with this company. (First time was for a consultation and quote.). The person who gave me my quote and assessed my system was not who came today...but James was able to reveal, in great detail, what the first person promised me. In fact....I think James went above and beyond to make the area for my new tankless water heater and water softener as neat as possible. It looks wonderful and he thoroughly cleaned the area when done, then went over everything in detail to explain the work. This guy definitely is an asset to this company and should I need service again, I hope he is available. His helper today was a gem, as well! Thanks guys!!

Service Tech Trent identify a blower motor going bad (bearings) during the Heater System maintenance service/inspection. He let me know the blower was in stock and could be installed on a follow up service visit. He just completed replacing the blower and now my heating system is much quieter AND I don’t have to worry about the blower going out on the coldest day of the year, which according to Murphy’s Law is when it would happen. Trent is an excellent tech and does a great job of explaining things clearly and providing all the options. Thanks Trent!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.
