Our tech Josh S. was courteous, competent, and personable. He arrived as expected and performed the job quickly and skillfully.Very happy to have Josh as our go to tech, seemed to be a trustworthy guy.There was actually a minor mistake with some of the work that was performed, however, Hope Plumbing did not charge for correcting the issue, and Josh came by and rectified it--no problem.Hope Plumbing is definitely not the cheapest plumbing contracting company.However, they offer sophisticated customer support. They have a call center which tracks the status of each plumber and informs you when the plumber is on their way. An image of the plumber is sent to you so you know exactly who to expect. Their quote and billing process is also quick and painless. The call center also keeps track of who called you and when, so no matter which representative answers the phone they should be able to provide you with more information.You definitely pay a premium for their service. But for the average person who only deals with a plumber periodically, and just wants to have some peace of mind that the job will be done correctly, that the person doing it is trustworthy, and that customer support will be there for them if they need it, then the extra cost is worth it.

Another great experience with Pristine Plumbing. They identified and repaired a leak in our gas line in 48 hours. Derrick was professional and kind, and kept things as clean and quiet as possible (which is huge when you have a 1 year old baby in the house!). Hire them!

They did a quick and great job. Finished replacing two shut off/on valves under a bathroom sink and flushed my water heater in less than a hour. I would have given 5 stars, except the price to replace two valves was $352.Update: had to have them come back out to fix both of the values because they were leaking around the threads. David removed the new compression valves and sweated on two new valves. Currently there is no more leak, but we will see what happens in the next couple of days.

Blown away by the service Carter's My Plumber provided. Woke up at 6:15am to no hot water. Sent a message through their website requesting service at 7:15am and had call back at 8am. Jody was at my house by 8:40am for a free estimate. The water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Larry and Sean were there by 9am to install the new water heater. I had hot water again by 10:45am. I highly recommend Carter's. All 3 guys were professional, friendly and helpful.

Joe was on time, Knowledgable, thorough and courteous. I highly recommend L D Smith.

I called Tuesday at 4:30 pm concerning a bubbling commode. They arrived today around 8 am and fix the problem. The gentlemen were courteous, friendly, and clean. I gave them 5 stars because they deserved them.

The whole team was great and very knowledgeable.

I called them about a busted water heater. They came out the same day and were almost half the price of the other quote I had received. I would definitely recommend them.

Furnace check:Mark was friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain why our system was not working.Furnace / heat pump replacement:Our furnace / heat pump stopped working. After a very timely estimate, they came out to install the next day. Originally, it was thought to be a 2-day job, but they sent 4 guys out to ensure that they completed the whole job in about 7 hours.Our home is warm now for the first time in over 10 years. They explained that our old system wasn't really adequate for the size of our home, and we were paying for it in our electric bill.The installers were patient while they explained all the changes to our new heating system.They were very knowledgeable and professional.

Unprofessional office with unqualified workers in my experience. Don’t give any underground jobs like sewer or water line repairs to them. They took a lot of shortcuts that ended up costing me more to repair a second time with a different company.

The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. I also liked being able to check the app to show the estimated arrival time. The technician was polite and professional. To notes of what the problem was and went right to work. My issue was a clogged bathroom sink drain. He cleared the drain and it works great. Took him about 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and made sure the area was as he found it. Did a wonderful job and I will certainly use him again if I ever have a drain issue. Great job.

Our situation was of a urgent nature and they managed to work us in for same day service. They prompt and diagnosed our problem quickly and resolved the issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has been the worst service company that I have ever dealt with. They were hired (not by my choosing) by Utility Shield, to do a sewer line repair in our backyard. They said they would repair the line from our back deck stairs to the alleyway. They did not. Instead they repaired only the part of the line 40 feet in the very middle of our yard, to the alleyway, leaving a giant clean out pipe in the middle of our yard. To top that, a giant mound of dirt 3 feet higher than the level of the rest of the yard, as well as a mound of dirt in front of the entry to our garage. My wife got her truck stuck trying to access the garage. The icing on the cake, they hit a power line buried to our detached garage and now it has no power. When I called their emergency line and explained that they left our yard and entry to our garage a disaster, a giant clean out pipe in the middle of the yard (which is buried currently under 3 ft of dirt), a mound of dirt in front of the entry way to our garage causing my wife to get her vehicle stuck, and striking a buried power line that caused us to lose power to the garage, his answer to all of that simply put....not their responsibility. What an awful company. The communication, or lack thereof, with their office is terrible. Their employees don’t care how they leave your property, or what they damage, because “it’s not their responsibility”. Stay far away from priority plumbing. I will be filing formal complaints against them with UtilityShield as well as the BBB. DO NOT USE PRIORITY PLUMBING! Trust me.
