Had to diagnose a difficult leak and find and repair. All done in one evening and they worked late, went to the store and came back with the part, installed, and cleaned up well. The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. They all displayed what I call the the three P's - Polite, Personable and Professional. They gave me best price, and they were a pleasure to work with. I would refer anyone I know to give them a call for any of their plumbing needs!

These guys have been taking care of my Restaurant for about two years and they are fantastic, They come out very quickly and fix whatever plumbing issues we had. There staff is friendly and courteous and CLEAN. They also clean up behind themselves which is a huge improvement over our last plumer.

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

This company was called by my apartment complex to fix my kitchen sink. The guy that came out accused me of lying about the issue and then refused to fix it. And proceeded to tell the property management the issue had been fixed and collected payment.
