Evan was my plumber and I could not of been more happy with his service. After an hour trying to find the source of my leak in a VERY small crawl space he got me the affordable quote right away and then spent the rest of the day making sure I would have water again and fixed my leak completely.. Hired to replace shut off valve. Even though it was not an emergency, someone came out within 48 hours, explained the issue, the estimate, and performed the service expeditiously. Will definitely use them again!

Update: Zack and Wes were out to repair a line that has frozen in the winter, and to replace a leaky outdoor spigot. They were on time and very friendly. They walked through the work with me before they started, then asked me to look it over again before they locked everything in place. They were quick and professional. NOTE**. They determined that the line that froze during the winter was due to their own installation almost a year ago, so they did not charge me for the repair! Great customer service!

I called Bob and he gave me tips to help me clear my clog in the kitchen sink first. He said if this didn't work to call him back and he would be happy to come out. This way could save me money up front. I would definitely prefer to try to clear it myself first! Good guy. Never met him but will definitely be calling him back should I need him.

He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour. Cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be working so far. If not, he also offers a one year warranty, so feel safe in using Moon Family Plumbing!

I called this business because my family enjoys their daily sign message (and their toilet tree) on I-69. They were out the same day and had my repairs done the next day! I appreciate that they don't sub-contract out their work and the installers were Service Plus employees. They have good warranties and are very professional. Everyone that I encountered with Service Plus was kind and made the process of spending a lot more money than anticipated a bit easier. I would highly recommend them! I also appreciate that they are a family business and seem to all be hard workers. My whole heating and cooling system was replaced less than 24 hours after my initial call to them.If you need work done, give this place a shot!

Hot water went out. Called at 4 pm on a Friday and was told someone would be there by 6. Juan arrived 30 minutes early after calling to confirm he was on his way. He assessed the situation and gave me two costs to repair vs. replace. Then 2 replacement options. Decided to have a new tankless system installed with a new water softener as well. He installed it all the next day. Soft spoken, explained things well, didn't try to sell me other than detail my options, fast, timely, efficient and well done.

Do not use this company. There plumbers give recommendations and then don't stand by it. They recommended not changing a value then it leaked and refuse to fix for no-charge

Terry came to do a full house plumbing inspection. He was polite and courteous. He was able to answer all my questions and gave recommendations without pressure. Five stars!

Our ejector pump was not working. Called Chapman. Gage came out and told us it would have to be replaced which we thought. He will be back tomorrow to replace it. All Of Chapman’s staff are friendly and know what they are doing.

Came out to a leaking water heater on Friday afternoon. Indy Water Heater was able to get someone out that afternoon by 5pm. Office staff and onsite technicians were professional and pleasant. All work was completed and cleaned up like they were never there, other than a new water heater in my garage! Would highly recommend!
