Best Clean Out in Indianapolis IN

I called looking for assistance with a leaking faucet today. The initial call into the office was efficient and customer service was refreshing. We were scheduled and David the tech was able to arrive sooner than planned. He’s a class act, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. Mark was prompt; did his estimate in a quick, efficient manner.. Other plumbing companies I have used are much more expensive; B.F.P. seemed much more reasonable! I hired them to install a new sump pump and battery back up which they are able to do tomorrow!

We previously had an awful experience with a different plumbing company. Mr. Rooter plumbing thank goodness was such a breath of fresh air. Our hot water heater went out. I called in the morning and they had technicians out here by noon. I especially loved that they sent a picture of who to expect once they’re on their way. They were extremely professional and patient. Unfortunately our 11 year old water heater was shot and they explained my options to me and what they would recommend based on risks/pricing. We opted for a new water heater and they got it installed the same day. I will 100% be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future. Great customer service!

I had toilet issues and called Roto Rooter on a Sunday. They came out that day. No extra charge for weekend.The tech was friendly and professional. He discovered I had a broken water main, due to tree roots. On Monday, Brent Wald came to inspect the techs work and verify his findings.. He offered me options to fix my problem. He was honest and did not pressure me to make a decision. He got me financing right then and work was done the same day. The fellows that dug up my yard Mike Johsmidt and Shawn Farmsworth answered any questions I asked professionally and with respect. Dusty did the power wash and did the same. I had excellent service today with an emergency septic tank pump out. Shane was very friendly, informative and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

Our water heater bit the dust and Steg was able to get us help in record time with a new tankless water heater! Great service, prices, and very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Excellent Technicians

Sump pump that was installed 2 1/2 months ago was going on every 5 min, staying on for 5 min. The side of the pump was actually dry. Turns out the float had a piece of debris stuck in it causing the problem. Avery was awesome & Jeff backed up his word when I had originally asked for the pit to be cleaned out. It was not when installed, but Avery completed that part. Thanks so much!!

Our gas water heater installation was the epitome of horrific customer service. It is 1 pm the day after our install and Mark has yet to return my phone call. 1)James' assistant broke a vase that was in my livingroom, no idea why he was even near the table it was sitting on. 2)a hanging basket of flowers was broken on my porch 3)Salesman, Terry was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever had to deal with. 4)Called office at 4:30 pm to speak with a manager or owner. No call back 5)6 pm we have no hot water!!!!! The pilot light was never lit 6)called and asked Answering Service to phone someone tonight as we were not waiting until the morning.A salesman is not going to bully me and yell at me due to their negligence and lack of composure and professionalism. I do believe that I should have been contacted before now by Mark or the owner concerning our experience with their company and service yesterday. It is especially concerning that no one has reached out. On a positive note-James gave me $20 out of his pocket to replace the hanging basket. Devon was awesome and had someone to our home in a few minutes to light the pilot light. The HVAC guy who came out was great!! I received a $200 discount for the irreplaceable vase that had more sentimental value to me than a $200 discount. I would not have even written this review if Mark or the owner would have just returned my phone call this morning. I could not imagine having a customer that had an extremely unsettling experience with my company and not reaching out to them to apologize and acknowledge the issues. Hopefully someone reading this will think twice about selecting this company. What my true intentions are is to hope this is used as a training exercise as how to not treat our customers.Update: Monday, July 11thStill no phone call..someone did reply to this review and ask me to call them. Wow! Customer Service is just fabulous Service Plus. Just a word of advice...you should contact the customer not the other way around.

Fowler was the only company that helped us when our water meter busted. Everyone gave us the run around. Fowler’s technican told us we had two options with two prices. They were able to fix it with the cheaper of the two options. And the response was timely.

I called in this morning regarding an issue with my plumbing in the kitchen. Crystal answered the phone and was EXTREMELY polite and as far as customer service goes today, that’s hard to find. That first contact for a customer makes the biggest impression and whilst I haven’t had the work done yet I’m already very impressed with quality of service I received just over the phone. Hold onto her she’s a keeper.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Nick at GP. We had a flooded basement and a failed sump pump. Gordon got us same day service which was great. But Nick was SO KIND when we were having a terrible day. He explained everything and helped us make a good decision for moving forward. We so appreciate this! Would absolutely call GP next time!
