Robert did a fantastic job today. He fixed the leak and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. I will definetly be recommending this place to other.

We’ve been customers of Godby for years. We purchased our hvac system, total house humidifier, water heaters, and outdoor water faucet. We’ve been “Team Godby “ members for years as well. Service used to be great, but not anymore. I made an 8:00 appointment weeks ago. At 8:40 I called and found out they had a tech meeting and he would be on his way soon. I cancelled that appointment and made another 8:00 appointment. This time I called at 8:15 to find out if he was still coming. I was told again that they had another tech meeting and he would be on his way soon. At 8:30 he called and told me he would be there in 15 to 25 minuets. Sure enough, at 8:45 he shows up. Why do you make 8:00 appointments when you know you won’t keep them?Chapman Hvac is right down the street from us and next time maybe I should call them.

Roof vent for stove exhaust flapped whenever it was windy outside; it could be quite noisy. “Mario” from Service Plus was absolutely wonderful explaining what action he would do to resolve issue. He was professional, polite and knew exactly how to fix this reoccurring problem. What a great repairman!

Plumber Dave is the most trustworthy person I’ve ever had to work with. He treats us like family and we know the work will be excellent!

The Howald H&AC technician, Andrew Merrell arrived on time for a cold weather shut down issue with our recently installed tankless H2O heater. Andrew diagnosed the problem and advised as to the proper re-set process to address potential cold weather shut down incidences in the future. This service call, like my over 30 years previous experience with Larry Howald's H&AC businesses was excellent, I recommend them highly, and will continue to use Howald H&AC services in the future. Thank you.

Justin was super nice and helpful but most importantly honest. He told me what problems to look out for in the future and also took time to clean some parts that had a lot of buildup. Justin was awesome!

Peterman always has the best value and friendliest staff. Will, Matthew, and Keylin recently helped us with duct/dryer line cleaning and were very friendly, communicative, and thorough. We are moving out of state soon and I wish we could bring this company with us! Highly recommend.

Never ever do business with this company. Not only will they charge you at least twice what other companies charge, they will hound you into eternity with robo sales calls, changing the number they call from each time so that you can't block the number. I've repeatedly asked them to quit calling. They don't care
