We needed a new water heater because the old one was leaking. Additionally, I discovered we had a gas leak with the pipe coming in from outside. Jon is very personable and helpful. He came earlier than originally scheduled to give estimate and then rescheduled installation of the new water heater for that day instead of the following Monday. The gentlemen that came to replace the water heater arrived on time and were very efficient, friendly and professional. They made a point of checking all gas line connections even up in the attic and even restarted the pilot light for our gas logs in the fireplace.

I called Service 1 after I had already called two other plumbers out to my house. The first plumber was useless, the second one was way over priced. But you know what they say, 3rd times a charm!! Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

My husband did a 12 hour 'working interview' or ride along and did all the work for this company. They are refusing to pay him for all the work he did that day. He said the technician he rode with did not even know what he is doing. This just goes to show what kind of company they are. All about the $$$

Roger was great! We really liked that Roger shoots it straight with you. He gives you the options, never pressured us, was honest. We purchased the protection option where Williams Comfort Air will come out in the spring and again the following winter to service our system again. We will definitely request Roger be the one to come back out when it’s time! Would definitely recommend Roger and Williams Comfort Air in the future!!
