Best Air Conditioner Repair in Indianapolis IN

Our hot water line blew the day after Christmas and we'd called several places and nobody was able to come out for several days. Summer said they'd come that day and were there in an hour! Brandon (don't remember his last name) showed up and very quickly diagnosed the problem then got right to work on it. He was professional and courteous. Did great work!

Godby had great customer service! They made sure they resolved my issues and I am very pleased with their service! They kept me and my daughter warm!

Mario came to our house for a complimentary HVAC system preventative maintenence. Mario was professional, respectful and friendly. He was thorough in his report and explanation of what he found during the inspection. He went through our options and immediately called to schedule us a follow up appointment to further discuss options with our furnace and AC unit.Furthermore,Mario was so kind and friendly to my 4 yr old son who was very interested in his work and Mario allowed him to stand a safe distance away and learn from him. I am very satisfied with this technicians visit to my home.

Do not use this company. There plumbers give recommendations and then don't stand by it. They recommended not changing a value then it leaked and refuse to fix for no-charge

I had a really old furnace and folks at Armor Air really took care of me and my home. Cooper came first and provided me some estimated and the price was fair and I didn't feel like they were there to rip me off. Tucker and Mike (sorry if I didn't get the names right) did amazing work in replacing and installing the new furnace. They went above and beyond and provided valuable information to questions and things they saw from the prior installer. I'm just happy to have a new unit and armor air on my side if anything goes wrong.

Chapman has been servicing my units for almost 2 years. My units were 24 year old. Chapman came out to give me a quote on replacing my air conditioner, water heater, and furnace. They quoted me on a Thursday and had everything completely done the following Monday. The service was great and the salesman didn't beat around the bush. I knew it would be an expense, but what isn't these days. What matters is you get what you paid for. Which i did and was happy with my service all around.

My hose isn’t working so he wasn’t able to do my maintenance but i paid for future services and will be scheduling a new appointment when my hose is fixed

Scheduling was a breeze and the communication was excellent. They sent a text to let us know when they would be arriving and arrived within minutes of the estimated time. When they arrived our problem sound in our pipes had already stopped on its own (of course). They were really kind about it and still took the time to check all of our faucets, including outdoor hoses. We will absolutely be calling them back for any future plumbing needs.

This is my second time using Efficient Systems. They have a great team of people. Very friendly and punctual. Had Dwight out to service my AC and he was great. Would request him to come out again!

Had a very bad experience with Williams Comfort Air. Purchased a service plan with them last year for a home we had just bought. They came out to do our spring tune up. They reported the system having a leak and that it would cost over $2000 to fix it but that the system was 19 years old and it may not make sense to invest more into it. We got the unit recharged and had a second person come out to give us a quote on a new system. The second person told us they had a sale and to try to decide within 2-3 days if we would take the deal. Given the size of the project we asked for quotes from two other companies. The other companies found not only that the system was only THREE (yes three down from reportedly nineteen) years old but also that the leak was so minor they did not recommend doing anything. When the Williams Comfort Air salesperson called us to see if were ready to purchase a new 15k unit we told him about us finding out the system was only three years and he says “oh yeah i knew that.” He completely changed his tune. I have requested to cancel my service plan and get a partial reimbursement since I don’t want to work with a company so obviously trying to swindle me. They are refusing to give me any of the service plan money back. Oh and by the way I also found out they overcharged for the unit recharge. If you live in a nice neighborhood you should stay away from this company. It seems like they try to take advantage of people when they see a chance.
