Greatful they could come diagnose the issue with my tankless water heater the day before Easter. They didn’t have the part but came and installed it on Monday. Unfortunately when it was installed an o-ring had not been installed and a large amount of water leaked in our basement. They tried to clean it up but in the end I was left with hours of major clean up to do on my own. Would have appreciated more effort to clean it up or at least a reduced price as this was considerable time and effort on my part not due to the actual plumbing issue.

I called at 3:00 PM on a Friday to report that our thermostat was not functioning. I was hoping for a Monday appointment but was told Howald could have someone out that day. David arrived about 4:00. Not only did he repair the stat, but he also performed the annual service on our AC system while he was here. Great experience.

Do not use this company. There plumbers give recommendations and then don't stand by it. They recommended not changing a value then it leaked and refuse to fix for no-charge

Received 3 other estimates for the EXACT SAME unit and work. Armor Air came in 3K higher than all 3, then said they would match the others after they tried to screw me over. No thank you!

I have never had any type of negative interactions with any Chapman employee. That trend continued yesterday, first when I called & Stephanie set up an appointment within 3 hours. Who does this on the first day of 95°+ temperatures?Chapman does it.When Tyler arrived, he answered all questions & got to work. Thankfully I needed only a reset.
