I can't speak to their actual heating and cooling work, but I still testify to their customer service. I needed a filter cabinet cover for my AC unit -- just a silly little cover. One of their technicians took the time to look at pictures of unit, get measurements from me, and fashion a cover out of scrap metal -- all of this during a heat wave when they were super busy. Super impressed with their care for the customer, even one like me who was only buying a small metal scrap.

I called Armor Air to clear out my washer drain line on the recommendation of another plumber who couldn’t do the job. Anton Fentress showed up the next day, on-time and with a great attitude. He’s super friendly. He assessed the situation, explained what was happening, and quickly cleared the clog. He also recommended some preventative maintenance to help keep it clear longer. He was knowledgeable, honest and kind. I’m glad I found Armor Air and will certainly recommend them to others.

We have used Chapman for years. Andy G always does us straight on installations. Corey has been servicing our residential and saved us this time on our commercial unit.We appreciate they are always there when we need them!

We had a water line break while away over Christmas. We got back to a garage ceiling leaking and a flooded basement. Chapman was able to arrive in less than 48 hours! Our technician Gabe was very professional helpful in finding and fixing the leak. I would recommend Chapman to anyone.

Williams Comfort air was called out for AC not working. Was told we need to replace entire AC/Heating system for $20,000 with no option for repair. I called in and spoke to an employee who later said it could be repaired for $4,000. Got a second opinion for another company and they said all we needed was a $500 condenser fan motor which we did and now works perfectly. I will never call or recommend Williams Comfort air to anyone.

I was impressed with how and helpful there were. I checked other places and they were also more affordable. I would definitely call them for any plumbing service again!
