Shout out to Hope Plumbing for a job well done! We had a new water softener installed - shut off valve - kitchen faucet - garbage disposal and guest bathroom sink repaired and upgraded after 19 years. Being in a 104 year old home always presents challenges - but both Alex and Jon were amazing! They worked hard from arrival to departure always keeping us informed - updated - and aware. They were sensitive to us both not being well with bad colds and loved on our dog like it was their dog. They were personable - polite - engaging - and professional! Although our repairs were expensive - they were fair and competitively priced and most importantly guaranteed. We are now Hope Pkumbing members and will refer Hope Plumbing to our friends, family and neighbors! Thanks Alex and Jon!

This is my second time using Pristine. Once again, fantastic service from start to finish. The whole team is wonderful to work with. Miguel Campos was not only an intelligent and knowledgeable repair man/project lead he was competent, supportive and very helpful. Miguel went above and beyond to help us out after a pretty nasty event. He handled everything and all we had to do was be there. I can't say enough good things about Miguel and the job he did. He even helped in matters beyond his department when we couldn't get a plumber out on time. Like I said, if Miguel is the one who does the work, its going to be great! Also shout outs to Lead Brian and Tech Mitch for their professionalism and hard work.

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

Steg replied very quickly to a burst pipe in my basement. I am very thankful that Russ had a low cost solution to fixing the pipe and making sure it did not happen in the future.

Checked out the furnace, found no problems, and kept us informed is a professional.

We had such a positive experience with this company. When scheduling, the office manager was so nice and friendly. The repairman that came to our home was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. He was open with us about our issue and the best way to resolve it. I felt comfortable with him and that he was really looking out for our best interest. He did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing and answering all of our questions. We even got a thank you card from them after our appointment! I will definitely use this company in the future!

Our gas stove was leaking and it took a few calls to have someone come out to look at the line. They were able to come out same day I called and Mitchell was very detailed and careful in his investigation into the issue we were having.

Gordon came out to clean the kitchen sink pipes. He was very informative about the issues and plans available. He worked quickly to solve the issue. He also did test runs to be sure the sink drained properly before leaving. A++ service

My wife and I just moved into our house 3 weeks ago and have already had to deal with a water heater issue. Joe came out and assessed the issue (a couple hours earlier than anticipated) and was extremely helpful. He was efficient and patient with all the questions I had as a first time homeowner. I’d recommend Joe and Howald to anyone!

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.
