Best A/C Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

Called about a leak from one of the bathrooms in my apartment. Was assisted right away by Jennifer in the front office and she set up an appointment the same day. The tech that came out to do the work, Richard, was awesome. Not only did he repair all that we asked, he also took the time to explain the different parts and processes without trying to rush or pressure into purchasing anything unnecessary. Would highly recommend!

Spoke with Pristine Plumbing and was scheduled the next day. Sam arrived and he was great. He went above and beyond, explained everything that he was doing. Will definitely be using them again.

Incredible service! Mike O went above and beyond to fix our drain issues. Our home was a flip that someone took a lot of short cuts on, so there were several obstacles aside from the clog. Got quoted by a couple companies, ranging from small plumber shops to corporate - and Ciriello had in my opinion the best quote for an installation of a new battery back up sump pump.

I had Andrew as my plumber and he was very knowledgable (had a couple questions about my sump pump system since I am a new home owner) and was able to get every question answered.

Definitely a place I'll utilize again - easy to call and set up meeting.

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

Re-engineered sewer drainage from new Bathtub!

Chris (#3587) was knowledgeable. Helped us understand pros/cons of doing the job certain ways. Was able to come before his appointment and got us through the tough couple of days in few minutes. Thanks

I would recommend getting a price quote before they get to your house. They did a nice job, but I over paid by 35% ($800) over another major plumbing outfit. I know this because I price checked them later. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They definitely took advantage of the situation and charged me a premium.

Alex from Steg was covering emergency plumbing calls and came out and resolved a gas line leak in plumbing near our furnace today! He was professional, competent and quick. We had a backup in our basement bathroom with a hunch that the wye was installed going the wrong direction before we purchased the house. Corey came out and found the problem with his camera within a few minutes. And as suspected the wye was going the wrong direction.
