I've used Hope Plumbing a few times and I continue to have good experiences. Our 15 year old water heater gave up the ghost, so I gave Hope a call once again.Richard arrived promptly to diagnose the problem and get a thorough idea of my 100 year old house's... unique plumbing challenges. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. After taking me through the options, I decided to go with a tankless water heater with a water softener.Richard was able to start and finish the install the same day. I was working from home while he did the install, and he gave me plenty of warning when he would need to turn off the water or electric. We even had a hiccup midway through the day which resulted in a part in my toilet tank failing, but he was able to bring a replacement and fix that as well.Overall, I'm very happy with Hope and the caliber of their employees. Fingers crossed I don't need to see them again for a little while though!

I love this Company. Their level of service reminds me of a time when customer service was EVERYTHING!!! It’s practically nonexistent these days, and I can tell they care about the customer and quality of service?

Dan has been to my home twice. Once a few years ago to install a water heater and today to correctly install a new sump pump. Three technicians from this company could not figure out that my plumbing issue was centered on the SUMP PUMP. In other words, the problem was INSIDE THE HOUSE. So, what did they decide? Let’s charge $401.00 for snaking the OUTSIDE sewer line. As of this past week, the problem with the SUMP is still a PROBLEM. PLUS, I’ve called their EMERGENCY LINE three times over the past three days. Their response? “Crickets.” At least I now know who NOT TO CALL for my plumbing issues.

Responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to details. A great example of you get what you pay for. They will make sure the job is done correctly and ensuring all the little details are done as well. They also teach you about your system as well to ensure you know what to look for in the future.

We had to have our main drain unclogged on a weekend. They showed up within the time frame stated. Our technician, Jeff, was great. He explained what was going on. Worked through the problem. Cleaned-up after he was done. The restoration crew (Tim & Scott) were also fantastic. They came in, removed the portions which needed to be removed due to sewage damage. All worked quickly and professionally.

I WOULD HAVE LOST $2500 IF I USED YOU. I don’t normally mess with reviews. But, if this saves another homeowner thousands or helps to change your business practices then good. Don’t reply and say my name isn’t in your system. My wife scheduled the job. I can post it under her name or a photo of the payment/refund if needed. My main water line was leaking out front by the meter. My wife helped me out and got your company; Plumb Doctor. They came over and told her it would be $2500 minimum because it needed dug. I didn’t speak with them but at that price I assumed the line needed replaced. (We paid upfront and got a refund later). I called the day of job to check in and after a short conversation with your manager I realized you were hand digging and patching the line for $2500. (Didn’t seem right). I complained and your manager came out to my home and stated all his digging jobs start at $2500. I replied if this job took 8 hours that would still be over $300/hr labor rate. He replied by saying in short that’s what they charge and asked if I knew anything about business and profit? (Business must be great if you have work). The manager also stated he recently took a class regarding easements and responsibility when it comes to a main line leak. He affirmed with 100% certainty that the water line between the street and meter (Citizens Energy’s line) was the sole responsibility of homeowner. My water meter was not registering the leak. It doesn’t take a class to know most homeowners wouldn’t fix their main line leaks if they still had water and it wasn’t costing them. I had too many questions so I sent you home (because I knew you were wrong) and had an independent 40+ year experienced plumber come out on a Saturday. In 5 minutes he said Citizens line is leaking and gave me the code and everything from memory that said it’s the utilities companies responsibility to repair. I called Citizens, they came out, and had it fixed (at their expense) 2 days later. This entire picture looks like PLUMB DOCTOR was trying to rip off a woman (my wife) or it was just a complete lack of being a knowledgeable/reputable plumbing company. Rudy (the initial plumber) was very courteous and professional. If I knew how to run a business as good as yours (that was a joke) I would hire him. I would literally be out $2500 if I listened to your manager Stephen in charge. Might stick to fixing toilets. Thanks.

They said there was no leak and destroyed my bathroom ceiling I guess to make sure they weren't wrong. They never even tried to fix the faucets which is why I thought the pipes were frozen.

We have used B&W for other projects and know we can count on them. When our garbage disposal developed a crack in the bottom and needed replaced before Thanksgiving. it was very easy to schedule the appointment, they were here when they said they would be, put on shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. Always friendly and professional.
