Matt was awesome. He replaced a water softener and was very thorough in what he was doing. Hope plumbing is very good about communicating who is coming to do the work and when they will be there. I find this very helpful when you have a very busy life and you don’t have time to wait around for someone to show up.

6 year old clogged up the toilet with wet wipes. The clog couldn’t be cleared despite my best efforts. The first plumber I called wasn’t going to be able to make it out until the following Monday. Ciriello’s was able to get a plumber out that day. Ultimately the toilet had to be pulled, cleared and re-seated. $385 later the clog was cleared. I wasn’t happy about spending close to four hundred dollars but I was happy to have a working toilet again. The 6 year old has assured me no more wet wipes will be going into the toilet.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

I had B&W come in for a second opinion after getting a quote from another company for almost $2,000 in repairs. Tom Hicks came in and found all the repairs that I got quoted for didn’t need servicing. I was told I needed the Inducer Motor replaced. Blower wheel cleaned. A filter changed. And duct cleaning. He found the motor to be running great. The blower wheel was clean. And the filter the other company wanted to charge me $680 for didn’t even exist! Thank you B&W for your great service and thank you Tom for your honesty!

Hayden was very professional and helpful. I had a different company out the day before they advised the drain was full of grease and would need to be jetted. Mr. Plumber came out and was able to get my sink drain cleared in a matter of minutes. He cleaned everything up and arrived early durning a blizzard ! Definitely recommend using this business.
