The plumber was very short with me and seemed annoyed, I did speak to a customer service rep and she was apologetic for the way that he came across. I will say least she gave me $40 dollars back towards the repair.I wish I would have known that Roto Rooter used a flat rate scale versus an hourly scale, I feel ripped off after paying just under $500.00 for a 30 minute repair. When I asked the plumber how long the job would take he told me an hour to an hour and a half. I thought the rates seemed slightly high but fair if the quoted amount were to take an hour and a half.After my experience using Roto Rooter I will not ever use them again or even buy there products again for everyday common use, also to anyone who is looking for a plumber I highly recommend to anyone not to use this company.

Tim was on time and very pleasant! He identified the problem and explained to me what the issue was and how it was corrected. If ever, I need to have my hot water heater serviced again I will use Plumb Doctor and highly recommend them to anyone. Also, the front office was easy to work with when collecting information regarding the issue from my perspective.

Today was drain line clean out. Was kept informed of arrival time , activities, updates and progress and final results and any other follow-up necessary. Very satisfied with Steve today.Replacement of hot water heater. Derek was great. He kept us informed all the time. When issues happened he let us know. A faulty replacement hot water heater happened and he kept at it to get us up and going ASAP rather than follow up the next day. Very much appreciated him and the company. Customer service is obviously of very high importance.

Mitchell expertly diagnosed the source of trouble in a leak we were experiencing. I especially appreciated that he communicated well and thoroughly all the way through the process, and set good expectations about what was going to happen. It turned out to be a relatively simple fix, which kept my cost low, which is always nice!

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Juan was very professional and took the time to explain what the issue was with our garbage disposal. He was able to find that the problem was actually one that an electrician would need to help with and instead of forging ahead with replacing the garbage disposal recommended that we do that first in the event that replacing the garbage disposal may be rendered useless. We appreciated his professionalism as well as his honesty and would highly recommend this company and Juan!
