We had a great experience with GEI Plumbing Services. We called them for some drain cleaning and they were able to come out within 24 hours of our call. The plumber was friendly and efficient. He even gave us tips on how to keep drains clean in the future! Overall, we were really happy with the service we got from them, and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a great plumber!

From start to finish, this company did a great job. From the time I scheduled my appointment to when the plumber arrived, they were prompt and updated me upon arrival. Randy was professional and immediately diagnosed my sink clogged issue. He was careful in lining the wooden floors with blue mats from the doorway to the sink area. After the job was finished, he cleaned the area and left the area spotless. Randy was friendly and was informative on my issue and upfront on my costs. I highly recommend this company. Good, honest, and hard working group.

Blue Frog Plumbing helped us with a clogged drain and a burst pipe. Plumbing is not cheap, but you get what you pay for with Blue Frog. They are very good at what they do!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

I had a leak in my kitchen. The plumber was very nice and found the problem quickly. He then repaired the leak and install a new garbage disposal.

I had a simple task, one I have done myself hundreds of times (my father ran a plumbing company) so very familiar with task. However I am 82 years old and just don't bend, squat and move like I used to. The toilet flow control valve needed replacing as it was leaking. They replaced it and performed a free inspection of our plumbing.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. What I thought was a clogged sewer line turned out to be a collapsed line under our foundation. Another company quoted a price to dig extensively and replace the entire section of sewer line because they weren't sure where the collapse was. I called TDT, and they thoroughly investigated and determined where the line had collapsed. This minimized the amount of tunneling, the time for the repairs, and the cost to me. Every employee I spoke with at TDT was extremely professional and courteous, and they kept me informed during the entire process. The finished the work on time and with no disruption to us. I'm extremely satisfied with our decision to hire them for the job.
