Best Water Heater Replacement in Houston TX

I had to call village after I used a plumber from a different place and that plumber left my property upside down with water issues. Village came to the rescue for sure!! Harley is our plumbing super hero , he was patient with us and heard out all our issues . He figured out the issue at hand and got straight to work. I'm really speechless at the service Harley provided. It was just outstanding in every category. I highly recommend using village for all your plumbing needs

Tenant said that no water was coming out of the sink faucet. Called Cooper and they came out the same day. Turned out the battery was dead for the motion sensor on the faucet, which they fixed easily. There was no charge and I loved that customer service. Will definitely use them again.

I had scheduled a plumber to come out to fix my faucet and was given a window from 1-3pm. At 2:45pm I called to check to see if I was still on the books. I was told I was next in line and the technician would be there within the hour. An hour and a half later still no technician, so I called again and was told I was still next in line and someone would be there soon. When I asked what soon meant they had the technician call me and was told it would still be another hour at the earliest. So three hours past the window and if I hadn’t called I would have had no idea the technician was running late. I booked my afternoon off of work in order to accomodate the window I was given. I ended up cancelling the service and scheduling another company. I do understand that things come up but would have appreciated a heads up that the technician was running late.

5 stars! This was our first time hiring a professional plumber to fix a problem we had been patching up on our own for years. They were friendly and prompt. We did have a discrepancy in scheduling and payment for the service, but it was taken care of professionally and quickly. Our problem is no longer a problem and we feel very relieved. Thank you.

Since early 2021 when I renovated the house - during Covid - workmen evidently tossed used wipes, towels, etc., down an upper level toilet. I've had repeated problems with sewer lines not flowing freely. Previous plumber must have just moved the impaction down the line but Halo persisted until, via cameras, they were able to clear the lines completely. Grateful especially to Jair and Chris. Great service! I had two clogged guest bathroom sinks that had plagued us off and on for years. Roto-Rooter fixed them for us. They were quick, reasonably priced, thorough. I was very pleased with the level of service that we received, and I like that we have a 6 month guarantee on their work.

We have used Lucky’s Plumbing on two separate occasions and could not be more pleased with the quality, efficiency and value of their work. Attached are photos of our most recent plumbing repair which required patio area excavation and localized sewer line replacement due to a severe blockage and near collapse of a 50+ year old line. The work crews were technically very competent and Brandon and Emily were most helpful and responsive throughout.
