I recently purchased a townhome and was worried about some potential plumbing issues. David came out and diagnosed the problem, and while he was here, he also took a look at several other things that were listed in the inspection report. Turned out I needed a new water heater (which was not a surprise). He gave us a competitive quote for replacing it, and a couple days later, he and DJ delivered and installed it. Their work was thorough and detailed, and they never hesitated to talk through and address any concerns that I had. Highly recommended.

I scheduled to have work done at my house from 10 - 12. THEY called me at 1130 to push back to 1pm. But at 2pm I had not heard from them. I had to call them back at 2:45 to cancel and to inform them they did not show up. Not a sorry, OH how can help, nothing. Even a, would you like to reschedule would be nice. No Just a ok what's your address! Sorry Nicks plumbing for I will not be returning.

I called yesterday when about a gallon of water came raining down from my kitchen ceiling. Halo couldn’t make it out until today, but didn’t tell me they couldn’t diagnose the problem unless the leak was actively leaking. They came out today, cut a hole in the ceiling and told me they can’t find anything wrong despite sheet rock being soaked and showing photos of the active leak. They charged $115 for “diagnostics” and left with no plan on how to fix the problem other than paying another fee and hoping they might be able to show up in time to catch it next time my kitchen rains. Both the tech and the office were extremely rude when I asked about next steps and just told me “we’ll work with you” and that I was lucky they weren’t charging $250, but wouldn’t give a cost nor plan on how to move forward to fix the problem.

Blue Frog did a great job at our home. They were timely, covered what needed to be done and then completed the work in a timely manner. Great job. I’ll call them for more jobs in the future.

Roto-Rooter has well trained specialist for unclogging the home drain lines. They used a hydro-jet machine, which is like a power washer made to clean drain lines. The technician was expert in the use of the equipment and precautions because of the high pressure water cleaning.The drain lines are now perfectly clear. He inspected the lines with a camera and allowed us to view the whole plumbing drain system.All very professional, fast and efficient.The cost was a little higher than I expected. They got the job done when the regular plumber failed.I will call Roto-Rooter again, and recommend them to everyone.

Hugo plumbing is the way to go for your plumbing needs. They was focused on getting the job done to my satisfaction. They spoke in plumbing language that I understood. That means no upcharges. I would have waisted thousand if I would have chose ARS plumbing. Thank you guys.

My refrigerator ice-water dispenser was not flowing, but generating a trickle. An appliance repairman tried several fixes, but none worked, but on a hunch asked that we get a plumber to check out the incoming line. Redfin came and disconnected the line at the fridge and at the inlet fixture at the wall, and discovered that the installers had left a piece of plastic in the line that was restricting the flow. PROBLEM SOLVED! FAST, LOW-COST, EASY. The team that arrived went to work immediately. I am very pleased.I have used RedFin on a different house, in that case repairing a damaged sprinkler fixture that was ruined during the Big Freeze in Houston. They not only replaced the broken pipes, but also added a new valve that will let us turn off the water in a better location, next time, and hopefully avoid broken pipes in a Future Freeze. PROBLEM SOLVED; PROBLEM AVOIDED.Separately, a Redfin plumber replaced failed parts in a toilet after first making sure all other parts were performing as they should. Problem solved.

Admittedly I ended up hiring a different company to do the work that I needed to have done, only because they were able to do it a day earlier and I was in a real time crunch with guests coming to my home in mere hours and a water heater that needed replacing. But I have to commend this company on how responsive and flexible they were, and how courteous everyone I spoke with was. I also have to admit that their pricing was unbeatable.

Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.
