Best Water Pipe Repairs in Houston TX

I recently purchased a townhome and was worried about some potential plumbing issues. David came out and diagnosed the problem, and while he was here, he also took a look at several other things that were listed in the inspection report. Turned out I needed a new water heater (which was not a surprise). He gave us a competitive quote for replacing it, and a couple days later, he and DJ delivered and installed it. Their work was thorough and detailed, and they never hesitated to talk through and address any concerns that I had. Highly recommended.

We had a problem with our bathtub for a few months. My wife tried to plunge it couple times, but it worked only for a while and then started again. After we decided to call GEI Plumbing Services. They had a plumber over in 20 minutes and it was fixed right away. We never have to call them back because they fix it right the first time. Their prices are reasonable. They are a great company with great staff.

Paid for invoice to have work started and then I was ghosted. I’ve called several times to get work started and this never happened. Y’all can’t say y’all do it right the first time is you never get the work started. Way to go keeping people waiting with busted pipes UDATED* the replying to comment from owner the estimate was just sent today at 2:42pm June 6.. 2 weeks later. If y’all made a mistake own up to it with common courtesy (meaning how fast can the job be done?) If I’m on a waitlist just forget about it. Thanks

The appointment was scheduled quickly and it was very professional to get a photograph of the technician before he arrived. He was able to help remedy the problem without costing a fee which is surprisingly wonderful. A second technician came out later in the day and was able to fix the other problem within 5 minutes. M&M recently re-piped our entire house. They replaced a few fixtures and we had them install 2 new comfort height toilets. They did a great job for us. Crew always arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. When called for a few hiccups that arose, they were at the house within a few minutes after receiving the call.
