More concerned with selling me upgrades than repairing the issue at hand

I called Cooper Plumbing on a Saturday because my kitchen sink was not draining. A plumber was able to come out that afternoon and unclog the sink. He was very professional and answered all the questions I had.

My new heroes! We had a pipe burst due to the freeze and the owner was at my house within a day and a half after I got on his list (when all other companies were quoting weeks out) . He is extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. His employee was out within an hour after receiving instructions from him and was also very courteous and friendly.
