Best Water Main in Houston TX

First time using this company, so sorry that I hadn't before! The Technician Jimmie Sabala was really professional and kind! I felt comfortable and he explained everything to me without me feeling pressured on the service I needed done. Village Plumbing you need more Jimmie Sabala's!! We had an amazing experience with Cooper Plumbing! We had an emergency with a giant leak in our kitchen from a pipe in the wall that was spilling through to the downstairs and the external wall. Jeremiah was quick to respond and worked hard to find the source of the leak. (It was in the worst possible spot.) He was pleasant to work with the entire time, as it felt like he spent the entire day at our house. After fixing the busted pipe at an extremely reasonable price, he recommended another amazing company who is now helping us with repairing the extensive damage caused by the leak. We would 100% recommend Cooper Plumbing to literally everyone. Lifesavers.

The service from this business has been dismal. My insurance assigned Aberle Pluming to us on March 15th to repair a blocked pipe in my kitchen. After not hearing from Aberle, I called them and was told they didn't have any appointments at all, but they would call when they did. It has been 21 days, and they never contacted me. Who can live that long with a broken kitchen sink? I called Aberle today and was told they still have no appointments and have no idea if they will have any anytime soon. I have now paid another plumber out of pocket. The lack of professionalism from this company is disappointing.

Excellent customer service

I had a poor experience using this business to fix my hot water heater in July and August 2022.We have a fairly new and common Noritz tankless hot water heater which stopped working in mid-July.I went with the fix proposed by them, spent over $1,000 doing so. They have been out 5 times since(hot water has been intermittently on and off since then), a few different technicians- and no one has been able to figure out why their repair can't fix the problem.The office manager at TQP also has been hard to get a hold of and doesn't always return calls.Finally I called another company this week.Their technician figured out the problem within an hour or so - it was a faulty valve not the sensor they replaced. Furthermore, the other company arranged to get my parts replaced under the warranty, which TQP didn't tell me was at least an option. I will not be using them again.

Very professional company. Did exactly what they said they were going to do and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood what they were doing. I appreciate their customer service and the work. Will definitely recommend and use again.

We needed a certified plumber to service our drains. We made one call, and they sent someone out in less than two hours! To boot, our technician was awesome-Victor did a fantastic job, was a consummate professional, and was even sweet enough to stop and pet our dog. Our drains are hair free now and operating the best they ever have. Thanks Roto-Rooter!!!

Francisco and his partner were prompt, helpful and very professional. They fixed my toilet leak quickly and also have someone answering the phone 24/7 so that i couldschedule the appointment for the next day.

Ben with Texas Premier Plumbing was punctual and quick to respond to my call. He saw that I was handy so he worked with me to diagnose the problem. With his help I realized it was a simple fix (a drain clog) and so decided to fix it myself. Ben didn't have a problem with that, charging me just for the service call. Very satisfied, and I'll call these guys again if I need a plumber.

The prices with the quality of workmanship is unbelievable, the technicians are well trained and know what there doing , Eddie answered every question and concern I had , and also explained to me why they also have a roofer come out to reseal the exhaust pipes over both of my new hot water heaters. I would definitely recommend and use Redfin Plumbing again, especially with nice individuals like Kenda and Eddie working there.

Professional and attentive

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Eric Devaughn came to check my A/C unit today & did an excellent job. He checked the outside unit & the attic unit. He answered all my questions & gave me maintenance ideas. He was a joy to work with. Abacus is a great company & if I have any complaints it would be that getting a service request takes entirely way too long & I am a Abacus member. Not happy about that at all & it has happened before.

I had a broken cast iron waste line under my home. Houston Plumbing Services came out and rerouted over a hundred feet of new PVC pipe underground across my front lawn into the 4” main sewer line. They had to remove part of my driveway to do it. They did the whole project in one day including putting the concrete driveway back. I am an architect and I must say they did a very professional job. They cleaned up so well you can hardly tell that my front yard was such a mess at the beginning of the excavation. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are top notch.
