The guys did an excellent job installing the AC unit in my townhome that was extremely old. They did a good job retrofitting the new unit and even rented a crane to get the old compressor off the roof and the new one on. Nick's also provided a unit with a great guarantee. The plumber who came to fix our toilet was wonderful. He wore a mask the entire time without being asked. He was completely unobtrusive. He completed the job quickly and cleanly. The bathroom had just been cleaned that morning and it looked untouched. The caulking job at the base of the toilet is very clean and neat (the last people did it were pretty sloppy).

I've used Lucky's to replace a hot water heater, fix multiple issues with a toilet, and fix a leaking tub. Each time they scheduled the problem very quickly, arrived when promised, were sensitive to keeping the house clean, professional, explaining what the issues and remedies were, and best of all, fixed the problem. Junior and Jason installed my whole house Aquasana water system and a shower head in my bath. They were very professional and did a great job. I used TPP in the past to re-pipe my entire house. They also found the sewer outlet from my house to the street which even the City couldn't find. They are on time and keep in touch. I do recommend this company.

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do.
