Called the company to clean our French drain system. The representative stated that the technician will come out to assess our drains and that the cost of the assessment will be 45 USD. When I asked about their prices for the actual cleaning, she was reluctant to give any estimate even when I emphasized that I would like to know just a rough ball park value (the example I gave was 5000 vs 100 USD).It is unprofessional not to give any idea about the potential price of a service.

Evan explained the process well and was able to complete the installation rather quickly. No unexpected extra costs. The great conversation was a bonus!

Professional and thorough service.

We first hired a drain inspector (Michael Busch) to diagnose our issue with the new house we bought. I took the inspector's proposal and found Loren's Halo Plumbing services. Loren was very professional. He drafted a bid for a reroute and some new clean-outs. It wasn't cheap because our job was a ton of work and required a decent amount of hardware, but despite that Loren's quote was fair. Loren's team was incredibly hard working. The lead worker who my wife and I would speak with was nice and respectful, keeping us updated as the job progressed. In an attempt to finish the job sooner, the last day there were several workers here well past sunset! We were very thankful for the back breaking work they did for us.It's been one year since Loren installed the reroute and clean-outs. The new drainage works great and the clean-outs have been useful already. I nearly called Loren this week for some plumbing issue that I had that fortunately has since been resolved. After being reminded of Loren, I decided to write this review because it must speak to Loren's professionalism and quality work if I felt like I could rely on Halo Plumbing Services again a year later.

Beware! They took advantage of me on a leak repair and double dipped they lied about the cost of the leak detection company and refused to allow me to book this appointment on my own instead they stated they had to book disappointment, but the only reason for this was because they wanted to inflate that price knowing I was going through an extreme hardship with the leak as high as 74,000 gallons of water in a three week period of time it was a critical emergency and I was very limited on funds. Instead of them having compassion and integrity they lied about how much the leak detection company charge just to make an extra $225! They double dipped! Horrific and would never recommend people like this that lack integrity!

They did excellent job changing my water heater tank.

This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again in the future if a plumbing issue arises. They were reasonable on prices and timely. They came out the next day after my call and made the repairs needed.

From the second I contacted the company, I was greeted by the sweetest operator (Tanya) and she was incredibly helpful in setting me up with same-day service and a free in-home quote. Less than an hour after I called, Mike Harris (ID: 2627) was on his way over. Literally in about 45 minutes Mike was able to pin-point the problem, explain to my mother and I what the issue was, and then replace our entire system. Not to mention he went out of his way to also take a look at our bathroom sink. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be using Rotor-Rooter for any future plumbing issues.

We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Emily at the office has answers to all the questions, and was very helpful setting up my appointment including excellent communication leading up to their arrival on site. Brandon and Emily are both very nice to work with and will make you feel a lot less anxious about whatever issue they are taking care of for you.If you need a plumber you can trust, call Lucky's Plumbing. From the moment i contacted them, i was greeted and treated very professionally. These guys did an amazing job fixing my broken pipes and even fixed some problems i didnt even know i had! Ive had many other experiences with other plumbers but this one is definitely the best. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable and customer service is amazing. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone!

Water heater didn’t work. They came out right away!!

Approximately a month ago I called for an estimate to have my water heater replaced. I chose Redfin to do the work because I felt the most comfortable with the estimate I received. Redfin had Heath perform the installation. His work was top shelf, he made an adjust to the attic location placing the water heater closer to the water and gas pipes. All the necessary attachments / fixtures were made and the craftsmanship is a showpiece for how you do a water heater installation right. This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet.
