From ease of scheduling to communicating with the company and the plumbers assigned to our project the experience was prompt and professional. The work was completed on time and for the quoted estimate. We will only use Nick's plumbing from now on.

After the surprise winter storm the main pipe busted in 6 areas and flooded the house. They came out the day scheduled and repaired the pipe and verified there were no additional leaks/breaks.Thank you all SO MUCH for coming so quickly and resolving the repair needed the same day so we can move forward with getting the house back to normal.If you want honest quality work call them!

Our water heater was not working for a week. We finally called Roto Rooter and they were out the same day for an estimate. They were the most reasonably priced and were able to come install first thing the next morning. Marty was very professional and polite. He even played with the babies and was very sweet. I appreciate the quick service and having hot water again!

We have had to use Lucky's twice, for a tankless hot water replacement and a water leak. Couldn't be happier with their service! Highly recommended.

Problem with ac line coming into the sink

I have used Brad's Plumbing since 1993 when I bought this house. Today I called as usual and they came right out to inspect the problem I had with my water meter connection. They (Jeremy, did a great job) replaced the connection and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in west Houston/Katy area.

Fernando and his partner arrived at home to repair my water heater. Due to the heat he said, the pilot light in the water heater was going out. He fixed it. This is not the first time I've used this company and will continue to use them for my plumbing and electrical. I appreciated the fact that they respected my home. They dress in uniform, work as a team and get the job done. Great company and highly recommended!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
