Best Water Leak Repairs in Houston TX

Nobody likes to wake up to a major water heater leak, especially when you are home recovering from Covid 19. We have a great AC/Plumbing guy. We called him based on the great job & value we got from his company for our new HVAC. He was all about doing the job, until I admitted that we were sheltering in place with Covid 19 but the Heater was out in the garage. He told me to call him back when we were certified well. That was never going to happen. We researched Made in USA Water Heaters which led us to Bradford White. From there we looked for authorized dealers, which led us to Cooper. From that moment I spoke with Jeremiah, I knew we had found our new Plumber. As the Water Heater was in the garage, and us inside the House, he saw no problem with taking care of business. 2 Days later Hot Water in place, according to Code, and working. --Delivered and Installed by Professionals, a Fair Price, the old Water Heater Hauled off, and he accepted our Credit Card there after instal and inspection. We had GEI Plumbing Services repair our water heater a few years ago. They did an excellent job and did not charge us an arm and an leg for it. Since then, we had use them for other plumbing issue. Our toilet was leaking and they came out and repair it. They do quality work at a reasonable price. All of their works are guaranteed and performed by a licensed plumber.

I cannot say enough about Chris Manning and Jill Waid of Blue Frog Plumbing ? They stayed in communication with me throughout, provided excellent service along with competitive pricing. My company will use them at all of our properties. Finally after 20 years of being a property manager found a plumber that responds to my needs!

They were very responsive, addressed the problem, explained the situation and gave me a fair price estimate before starting the work. The guys were polite and clean. I appreciated how well they cleaned up everything after the work was completed.

Mario and his team did a great job installing our water softener and filtering system. They stayed working late until everything is done. Very professional and clean. Will definitely use their service next time.

No show no update. Called two days in advance to schedule plumber to fix bathtub leaks between 8am-12pm. So I take the morning off work. Called again on the day at 8am to confirm. They said they would come after one job. Waited and waited until 11:30am, called and they moved to 2pm-5pm. When I asked why, then they suggested I reserved 2-5 myself. What a lie. I had to take another PTO for the afternoon and called another plumber (of course I cancelled Texas Quality right away). Wasted my PTO. The other plumber showed up late in afternoon. He had delays due to rain but he kept me updated via text, unlike Texas Quality, kept me in the dark. My time is valuable too. Stay away.

He was an excellent technician. He was on time and explained the repair to me. I will continue to use them.

I was impressed with these folks. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and very quick with the work. In my experience, larger companies have crazy overhead and charge you unreasonable amounts for minor work - these guys did a great job at a fair price.Work done:- Remove and haul off old toilet, install new toilet.- Repair leaking sprayer diverter on roman style tub- Repair malfunctioning water faucet on tub- Replace water supply lines & shut-off valves to a bar sink and replace the faucet.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing

I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed on the day of my appointment. No one even bothered to call me to tell me that they were not showing. I missed a day of work waiting for them to show up. I even called to ask when they were coming and they said in the next few hours and still no one showed up.

I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

I’ve used Brad’s Plumbing several times since I’ve lived in Katy. I can’t say enough good things about Brad’s. High integrity, Great service, very fair and honest. Highly recommended.

I have been putting off getting needed plumbing work done for YEARS due to anxiety about the process and finally made the call. Perez made the process painless and Ian and Eric were excellent helpers.

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues. Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA.UPDATE:Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally. The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional.Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.
