I purchased a toilet at Lowe’s and GEI Services was contracted to remove my old toilet and install the new one. GEI picked up the new toilet from Lowe’s and brought it with him for install. The gentleman that did the work was quick, professional and careful not to damage the interior of my home. I’m a real customer and was not paid or given anything for this review.

The whole process from start to finish went smoothly, on time, excellent work, great price, and Patrick the technician made sure everything was done perfectly. I recommend this business.

Highly disappointing service. I was quoted one amount over the phone and the plumber told me it was going to be double when he arrived. He left while the toilet was leaking and blamed me for the materials used. I ended up having to pay another plumber to fix the mess they left.Perhaps all of their plumbers aren't this bad, but one sure is.

He was great. He found the problem right away, explained everything also gave some suggestions. A nice guy with excellent customer service skills & corrected the problem without breaking the bank. I will definitely call them again

Lindell Francis, who did the plumbing work on our house, was very professional and personable. He even took the time to advise my husband on what fitting to buy for our new fridge when the delivery drivers showed up with one that didn't fit. We are very happy with the work he did on our house and will call All Around Plumbing if we need more work done in the future.Came back to update this: we had a clog in our main sewer line after hours rendering our plumbing unusable and Lindell came out within the hour to fix it. He took the time to explain things and was very kind about having to come out after hours.

Brads plumbing always does quality work at a fair price. They have installed two toilets, cleared a plugged bathroom line, installed a bathtub filter, dropped a gas line for a laundry room, and rerouted a dishwasher drain line to the garbage disposal. It has all been very solid work and it all is running well after several years, knock on wood. They are my go to for plumbing.

First of all I want to be honest and say that I sincerely had waited for my anger to dissipate and gave an opportunity to think over everything. Unfortunately, there is nothing can be done to relieve my complete and irreversible disappointment and frustration of the Abacus company and its rules or/and policies. Our house has a problem with furnace and its parts and apparently since it’s very old it couldn’t be fixed or parts do not exist anymore- very old like I said. So, the person came , spent 15 minutes looking at it and proclaimed that the broken part of furnace cannot be replaced or repaired -the only solution is to remove it and put a new one ( new furnace)The cost he gave us was overpriced beyond my understanding. To put more oil in the fire,he charged diagnostic fee of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS 200.00$ just for looking at the old furnace. Let me be clear here : this is rip off!!! Abacus and those who make those prices : you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! We are just simple and we are hard working people, you come to our houses and without any ethical difficulties just like that charge an astronomical amount. Now, I want to make sure you don’t give anybody surprise fees like you did to my family just for showing up and observation and I surely spread the word about how you do your business in the community.

I have been ripped off by David Hicks Plumbing twice. The first time they replaced bathroom fixtures that didn't need to be replaced. I wrote that off as an honest mistake. The second time I asked them to literally buy the right hose and hook up a washing machine when they were at my house doing other work. $549.77 later had put in new plumbing to get things up to code.The City had just had an authorized contractor replace the hookups David Hicks Plumbing tore out. The City did this as part of a drainage line replacement to take drainage from the back of the property to the front. When I complained about the work and the bill, David Hicks told me to talk to his employee that did the work. The employee wouldn't return my messages. When I called David Hicks, he said I would have to meet the employee at my house and the employee would call me to set up a time. They employee didn't call.I called again to say his employee never called, he callously stood by the fact the work was done to take the plumbing up to code. When I asked him to come out and show me why the City's work, some of which the employee left in place wasn't at code, he told me I would have to talk to the employee. When I asked to see the permits they got from the City, required if work was being done to take the plumbing up to code, he got really nervous and explained they typically don't get permits. This puts the liability for code violations on his customers, as they work they do is not inspected by the City. When I pointed this out, he told me he would get back to me, By get back to me, he apparently meant send me another invoice with finance charges.I am reporting David Hicks to the City and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT use David Hicks Plumbing.

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.
