Cooper Plumbing was very quick to respond to me and get me on their route for the next day. Luke was very polite and explained everything he was doing and why. He was respectful, professional and allowed my son to watch him and answered all his questions. 10/10 recommend this company.

We had an emergency on Sunday and after calling many plumbers GEI was the only one to say they would be happy to come to our rescue. It took 2 days to do the repair. They arrived at 8:30am and stayed until 12 am to finish the job. We are senior citizens and really appreciated the time and work to get our plumbing back and working for us.

BEWARE!! Not really sure where to start! If I could give a zero that is what I would leave! This particular company was referred to me by my pool company to perform a dedicated gas line for my pool heater. Everything seemed professional at first when the trench was dug and it was connected to the meter, but he didn’t complete the job. He was quick to charge for the full payment and insisted that the green tag meant it was a complete job. However, when I brought it to his attention that this was simply a “rough-in” green tag and that there still needed to be a final to close out the permit he became very irritable and all of a sudden very busy to work me “in” and do me a favor of course as he had already been paid. I also noticed that he did not install the regulator as I paid on the invoice and the pool company had to install this. The riser that came out of the ground was left very unstable and wrapped with black tape and lopsided at a 45° angle the pool company was having trouble straightening it out for his fittings. When I called him for this he did not return my calls until the pool company attempted to reach him. Loren Is the owner of this company and is very impolite to say the very least. He never bothered to tell me that he wasn’t planning on closing out the final ticket which is absurd because the gas company and for our safety it needs to be done he needed to come back and check the connection that the pool company was going to do to close out the permit. After calling him on multiple occasions to finally come out he said he bent over backwards to come out and “work me in” he was supposed to come out prior to a final inspection and actually put his eyes on the work without rushing. When he called for a final inspection he canceled it abruptly after me speaking with the inspector to provide access and not once bothered to tell me he had canceled it and I waited all day for the Inspector to show. The plumber finally showed up to fasten the crooked and unstable line and the pool company came back to reconnect everything within an hour it was done. He completely lied about canceling the final inspection to my face while making the adjustment when I asked about when he thought he would finally arrive. I personally had to call the permit office to find out why the inspector hadn’t showed to find out he himself canceled and lied directly y yo my face! Over the phone he later had scheduled the inspection for the following day and because I told him I needed to know for a fact he rescheduled as he lied about the previous cancellation he bullied me and completely disrespected me in an aggressive manner and told me he was tired of me and my “tactics” because I had every right to be upset and was canceling the final inspection for the following day and to find another plumber to complete the job.Just because he did not like the fact that I did not want to be lied to again or let down again he bullied and canceled the inspection because he’s a controlling person and he wanted to ruin the appointment that I’ve bent over backwards to have for my meter upgrade with Centerpoint that was already lined up for the following day. He has ruined my 13-year-old son’s birthday party will because now Centerpoint will have to reschedule this there another two weeks out and I find it appalling and disgusting that a plumber would behave in such a manner knowing that he’s the only one they can call for a final inspection. He’s walking away from the job he did not complete as all he needed to do was call for final inspection after him coming out to make the adjustment. This is the worst Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with in my life and I will encourage you to find a much more compassionate and reputable company As there are many plumbing companies that would love to earn your business there is no need to deal with people like this!

Great and professional plumber and professional customer support staff. For my cost and my apartment size shallow, double sink, a taller kitchen faucet would have been appropriate than the low-lying tiny handled faucet that was sent. We are greatful not to have a leaky faucet. But, the new, lower faucet makes it difficult to wash anything other than flatware or fill a large pot. I had to call for service after install was approved. Otherwise I would have rated five stars.

Plumbing Houston team were amazing!! Came over right away with short notice and were able to identify the problems with our toilets and shower. They even gave us the cheaper quick fix options first with no pressure, as well as the better more long term options. They gave us a quote and we’re back in the next couple days. They fixed three bathrooms in under 4 hours. I was amazed. Super professional and kind.

I recently had a tankless water installed and had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved when I called All in the Family Plumbing. Donna was very nice and was quick to help me get a time scheduled. Her son came out and was quick to identify and resolve the issue. Both visits were minor things that did not require any parts or labor. I was expecting to be charged at least a trip charge, but they would not accept anything for payment, except a bottle of cold water. It's very hard to find exceptional service like this these days...and at a TRULY affordable price. I'm confident if something does go seriously wrong with my plumbing these guys will take care of me without breaking the bank. Thank you for the exceptional service! I strongly recommend calling these guys for all your plumbing issues!

Lindell from All Around plumbing came out over the weekend and helped with our broken water heater which was leaking all over the house. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what was needed to replace the water heater. He presented us with different options and many ways to save money where we could. WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>

I had estimate for work needed to add water line for new fridge and replace irrigation backflow. Will decide after getting estimate from another company how to proceed. Technician was helpful and knowledgeable. However, I would prefer the form they want you to sign electronically stated that I was only acknowledging receiving estimate. Instead it shows acceptance of $0.00 being authorized as work to be done. I signed it because it showed $0 but don't like that. Abacus has previously worked on clogged pipes for me and I've been happy with them.

Can't say enough, they went way beyond anything I could have expected.
