We had a water line leak between our house and the neighbor's that was right at the sidewalk. They had to dig a great deal of the neighbor's flower bed and our strip of grass out to get to the line. Willie Johnson was absolutely outstanding at explaining what they needed to do, how they would do it, how long it would take and then assured us that the planting/landscape would be put back just as it was. My husband send photos to me while I was out of town of the work in process and then photos when they finished. I could not believe how perfectly they put things back together and left it extremely clean. You can't tell that we had a major plumbing repair! Also, of course the water line is repaired with quality materials! Willie is a customer service pro and technician. I recommend Nick's and Willie Johnson in particular without hesitation.

In our new home, we identified that we have lead pipes. Based on a recommendation from numerous articles we decided to replace the incoming pipes. We reviewed numerous contractors and chose GEI Plumbing Services. I believe we did use them previously as well.

Manuel Majora came out with Roto-rooter he walked me through the house looking for the source of my drainage clog in the main branch Line. Took him no time I could tell he was experience but then he went further and helped with some other pipe related leaks causing water damage around the house. Guy was outstanding honestly and I don’t ever write reviews. It was fast, friendly and professional. I’d recommend to anyone who was needing plumbing or draining service.

I was impressed with these folks. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and very quick with the work. In my experience, larger companies have crazy overhead and charge you unreasonable amounts for minor work - these guys did a great job at a fair price.Work done:- Remove and haul off old toilet, install new toilet.- Repair leaking sprayer diverter on roman style tub- Repair malfunctioning water faucet on tub- Replace water supply lines & shut-off valves to a bar sink and replace the faucet.

Eric replaced the toilet on the 3rd floor of my townhome, and was patient and understanding and didn't complain once about climbing up and down the stairs. I really appreciate his professionalism, and commitment to doing a good job. He cleaned the area afterwards, and gave me instructions going forward. I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

I have used Brad's Plumbing since 1993 when I bought this house. Today I called as usual and they came right out to inspect the problem I had with my water meter connection. They (Jeremy, did a great job) replaced the connection and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in west Houston/Katy area.
