I would leave zero starts but at least they showed up. They wanted to charge me almost $2k for a new water heater! Do your research!!!

We had a small leak and was identified about three foot from the city meter by the city authority. We already digged and guess it may be come from under the slab or a little bit farther about one foot. The technician of Nick’s came to make an estimate, he didn’t even want to find out where the water come out even we showed him, he just suggested us to replace the whole pipe to the house, it will be cheaper if fixing by foot, and he asked “Where we wanted to fix?” And gave us the estimate for five foot from the slab towards my house and/ or under the slab. We asked if this part is not the problem and leaking come from farther? He said he didn’t know. So we asked did he come here to find out where the leak, diagnosis and gave us the estimate? or just take the service charge of $49.00. We waited for him whole day to hear that he didn’t know where to fix and just gave the estimate for wherever I guess leaking and take my paycheck. This is ridiculous and unprofessional!!!NVuong

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

I called them around eight a.m. about repairing or replacing my kitchen faucet (I thought they would have to replace it). I made an appointment for ten o’clock. James called at 8:48 and said he could come right away, but I wasn’t quite ready for him so asked him to wait thirty minutes. He came, was able to fix the faucet (it turned out to be a minor problem), and also tightened up the sprayer hose and checked a leak in my bathtub faucet. And it didn’t cost much at all. I love Texas Plumbing! I just wish I’d discovered them years ago.

The technician arrived ahead of schedule (that was a VERY GOOD thing). He was personable and professional, explaining each aspect of the service to be provided and ensuring that each aspect of the service was what was needed. He was not satisfied with the results of his first attempt and used a larger machine to do the job to his satisfaction. He kept me advised of the progress of his work and involved me on aspects that he felt needed my participation. The Supervisor who came later to check the tech's results was personable and professional and asked me if I wanted to watch the video of the drain that needed cleaning. He explained what we were seeing as the video was being made.Very happy with the people and the job they did.

This company was the best. They came to my home to replace my water heater. it was from 1999 and leaking red water all over my cealing. they came in protected my carpits with dropcloths and changed the heater and i feel my house was cleaner after they left. the were verry responsive to my questions and keeped me informed the whole time over all the best experience with a plumber ive ever had

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!
