Best Sewer Repairs in Houston TX

They were good, quick easy fix for them as all I needed was my toilet flush valve replaced. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and charged me $240. Was even more but he took $25. off. Only reason I didn't replace it myself was my tools were stolen a week before it broke. I needed it fixed so had to pay it or pay them $50. just for coming out and giving me a quote. Very quick but way too expensive, even if the parts cost $40. they charged me $200. for 30 minutes of work. I will never call them again for anything charging those kind of rates.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They came to my house to disconnect my kitchen sink and bathroom sink for work to be done by a contractor. They misplaced one of the connections to my bathroom sink. When I called to ask where the part was I was told by the manager it's a pvc pipe you can go and buy it yourself or we can come out and reconnect it but it's going to cost you money. He also said you cant call me a month later.....it was tge end of last week. I literally could have disconnected it myself in 5 minutes but the contractor wanted a professional to do it because of insurance. Extremely unprofessional neither worker could speak English. They had to call the office let me speak to the office then they translate. The manager is rude and very unprofessional!!!!!! Steer clear trust me.

The plumber, Damondrick, demonstrated excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about our plumbing issue. He gave a thorough inspection and honest assessment/pricing. We had a leak under the slab of our Perry home. The Aberle crew had to tunnel under the house to find the leak and make the repair. This was a large and complicated job that took multiple days. Eric with Lucky's Plumbing was great! Called the receptionist at 7:30am. He was here by 9:30 and out the door by 10:00am. He swiftly repaired the shut off valve to the toilet with no muss or fuss! I will definitely be recommending Lucky's Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber.

We had a great experience with Jason of Mr. Rooter over the weekend. We needed to change a shower faucet out and my husband attempted it on his own. When he saw the job was to big for him, I called Mr. Rooter. Jason arrived at 6pm on Saturday and saw that it was a several hour job. He came back early on Sunday morning to make sure the repair was complete before our open house at 2pm. He was courteous and professional, we are extremely happy with the service!

George Molina was the technician who came to our house today- our lights of the living room, chandelier and porch lights all were not working suddenly. The breakers were checked and that did not solve the problem. Then George had to do kind of detective work, checking each and every power point/ power socket in the porch, in the room, and we have lots of such power junctures, and finally was able to find the weakling point. Once he fixed that, we got our lights back. George knows his stuff, and above all, he has such a great attitude- humble and modest. Please give this young man higher opportunities to rise in your company. We shall be asking for him only from here onwards.Also Mellisa of Abacus was great in giving us the appointment the same day.This was the first time we used Abacus, and George Molina’s work impressed us so much that we now have a high impression of Abacus company.Abacus is going to be our future Electrical company that we shall be calling when we need help. TDT saved us thousands of dollars. We had them come in to give us a second opinion. They gave our drains the ok. The first plumbing company said we had a broken drain. TDT showed us the video and even located the direction and location of the drains. Michah & Curtis Came out.

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.

These guys sent over a crack head looking guy with tattoos al over him smelling like weed. Worked on our water heater and couldn't fix it so charged us over $300 to tell us must be the controller and that would be an additional $750 to put a $150 part in. I dont suggest anyone tyo ever use these guys. Reporting them to Bbb. Just taking advantage of the elderly is what tbey do.
