Like thousands of others in the Houston area, we were affected by the freeze. Unfortunately, our leak was slow and took weeks to finally notice. I've been on waiting lists for help for several days now. My neighbor had Halo at their house and I was desperate for help so I called. The owner, Loren answered and put me in touch with Karen (amazing and very sweet!), who squeezed us in as soon as they were finished next door. The techs were friendly, professional and found the problem quickly. They provided a very reasonable price for the repair and took care of it on the spot. I couldn't be happier (and relieved!) and will be using them for all our future plumbing needs!! Thanks Halo!!

Outstanding service and experience all around. The technician, Mike Harris, arrived early and he listened as I explained & showed him the problem. He then explained to me what was going on; what repaired would need to be made; and the costs associated with the repair. As he did the repair, he explained step-by-step what he was doing as he noticed I was eager to learn more plumbing skills. Aside from fixing the problem, he also tightened up the seat and offered a suggestion on cleaning up some algae buildup that he noticed. Mike did an outstanding job and I will definitely ask for him whenever I have a future plumbing issue.

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

All of the above. Micah and Curtis came to our house and had our issue fixed in one hour. We had JMP come out and they said it would be $15,000.00 without listening to my husband explaining to them what he felt the problem was. Micah and Curtis told us what they thought the problem was and it was the same thing my husband was telling John MP. Before we knew it our problem was taken care of and it cost less them $250.00. Emilio, as promised, here is my review.Long story short: Kitchen plumbing failed on me, I couldn't get it unclogged, couldn't run the dish washer, I tried chemicals and, snake line but nothing worked, made a mess of the wood floor and pissed off the wife with my poor attempt at plumbing. I went online and googled plumbers, with good reviews (I have been burned in the past so now I try to make sure there are enough good reviews before I let someone into my house), near my zip code and quickly found Emilio's Get It Done Plumbing service. In less than 5 minutes I was able to explain to him my problem, he was quick to provide a possible diagnostics and quick to make time to stop by and fix the problem the next day. He also gave a nice discount since i found him online and in exchange for an online review of his service, once complete. Problem is now fixed and I will certainly be a return customer. Thanks.
