Great service, completed the repair at the quoted estimate. The estimate I was given was as much as half what Abacus and ARS quoted me, and saved me thousands of dollars. The supervisors who came out and did the estimate didn't pressure me, didn't upsell me, didn't give the standard we'll have to tunnel a minimum of 5-feet under your house. I was told by Nick's the break in my drain/clean-out was no more than a few inches under the house. When I asked one of the other company's reps what if the break isn't 5 + feet under the house? How would that affect the price of the repair, one told me it definitely was at least 5-feet under the house and the repair could only get more expensive, not less. But, just as the guys from Nick's predicted, the break was actually 8 to 10 inches under the house. Highly recommended!

Sales person gave me a bid to replace my tankless water heater. They showed up late in the day because they had trouble locating the unit. Turns out the replacement unit required 2 vents instead of one like the unit I had. Got a call from the owner at 9:30 PM with half the job done. He made me approve another $399 work order to cover what he said was half the cost of the additional vent they had to put thru my roof. Their sales person had my bid approved by the owner and they should have considered the additional vent. I was upset that they cut another hole in my roof on top of the additional cost. Owner told me to never call them again and hung up on me. He doesn’t need to worry about that.

I needed a new water heater and Aberle Plumbing came through. Sam showed up on time to diagnose my issue and came up with a plan to execute the work. I would recommend this company.

Halo replaced two 40 gallon water heaters in the attic of our 3 story townhome. A team of 3 came to work on the job. They worked fast, were clean, and respected the space. They explained what they were doing each step of the way if we had questions. Work was done in about 3 hours. Would highly recommend!

Great service !great communication !we had a broken pipe underground, at 8 pm we called several plumbing companies and no one was willing to come that late .We called Texas Premier Plumbing and they guide us how to shut off the main water line. 25 minutes later they showed up with emergency crew . They dug the yard and got us the water back - same .night! I will definitely hire them again

Excellent Service! I was faced with a sewar/plumbing repair where I had a serious clog that turned out to be a break in the sewar line. I knew that if I called the big plumbing companies who advertise non stop on TV-- I was going to be faced with a big invoice (someone has to pay for the TV ads). I did some research and found All Around Plumbing. Extremely punctual response and very professional. That did what they said when they said at the price that was quoted. Technician arrived maskless. I require a mask to gain entry to my home. He left to get a mask. Upon return, I asked if he had shoe protectors before going upstairs. He said no. I asked him to please remove his shoes to protect the carpet. He walked out and said I need to call another plumber. ?

Mike at M&M Plumbing came to my place after I called him with a problem that happened while other work was being done.He answered the phone and showed up within an hour. The problem was diagnosed , fixed and reported to all that were involved promptly.Very straight shooter and very professional.I'll call M&M for any plumbing work going forward.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Joe did a great job troubleshooting my AC and finding the issue. They were out within an hour and resolved within another hour on a hot july day.

BHS was recommended to me by my regular plumber who was unable to unclog my bathtub drain using just a manual snake. He then referred me to BHS and told me that when i call to mention that the situation would need a power snake not a manual snake. I provided this information but when Derrick arrived he first tried a simple plastic snake and then went out to purchase a stronger manual snake. I informed Derrick that when I called I instructed that a power snake was needed. Derrick was hesitant to bring in the power snake for fear of making too much of a mess since the last job he was on created a lot of build up on it. He also said that a power snake was not mentioned on his job ticket. We then arranged for him to return the next day after cleaning the power snake. The next day Derrick returned with a sturdier manual snake and attempted to unclog the drain again. After another failed attempt the power snake was finally brought in and the clog was eliminated. Derrick was great! He went above and beyond to try and unclog the drain using the simpler tools before possibly creating a bigger mess with the power snake. Four stars for professionalism, cleanliness, timely response and value. Five stars if power snake had been used immediately which would have eliminated the back and forth visits. Plumber's experience truly showed as he explained the intricacies of the issues that had affected the store I maintain. He went above and above to investigate every potential source of the difficulties and went into great depth on how to resolve the issues that had compromised our pipes. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the services rendered to me and my shop.

Mr. Sword came out for an appointment to check on a walk-in tub installation for a person in a wheelchair who needs it asap. He said he would get a quote even after we said that we were fine with going ahead with the repairs. And then there was no communication at all for 2 weeks, even after multiple emails, text messages, and calls. This put us behind schedule on installation.Now he says he won't take the job when it was his lack of communication back to us.Unprofessional, not responsive, avoid at absolutely any and all cost.
