Contacted Tuesday night, set up appointment for Thursday morning between 8 & 10. Showed up just at 8, repair was done in 45 minutes. Good value. Could not have been more pleased with the professionalism of everyone I dealt with. KUDOS to Austin Cooper, Chase & Jeremiah. The prompt response to texts, being on time, repairs completed in a reasonable amount of time. You can't go wrong with this team...thank you.

This guys were very professional. The other company we called we were waiting on new toilets 3 days when I called for status they never ordered them and told us the parts were obsolete so they had to be replaced. Nick's guys showed up as they were suppose to evaluated the situation came back as promised the next morning with all the parts and fixed both of the toilets, Just in the Nick of time according to my husband. Lol! Thank you! Will definitely use for all plumbing needs going forward.

Bluefrog plumbing came out and provided me with a free estimate to replace a section of the sewer line and drain clean out. Alton and his team arrived as promised and provided me with a very reasonable and competitive estimate. They are honest and give accurate information. Unlike the big company I hired to perform the unclog gave me an incorrect diagnosis and tried to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it.

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

Absolutely abhorrent company to work with.My AC went out and I need an honest and quick company. Abacus was quick however they are absolutely dishonest. I know my system is a little old and needs replacement however instead of fixing the simple capacitor that my compressor needed to get me up and running they decided to lie to me by telling me my compressor is bad and I would have to replace my system right now. The gentleman that came was adamant about me signing the contract right then and there. However because I had not had anyone else look at the system I decided to wait and get a second opinion. A small company came by and replaced my capacitor and got my ac to work and advised me to replace the system and gave me a quote which was $5000 cheaper than abacus. If this company comes to your house and gives you a quote on anything; you better believe they are lying to you and are charging more than anyone else. Get someone else to look at your system.
