They replaced a PVC pipe with a copper on a point of pressure where the previous one broke. But the simply shifted the problem 3 inches down. I complained to the plumber, and he acknowledged that was a problem. But he said that “for now” it would be fine. Now I will have to fix it properly.On top of that they did not show up on time during the scheduled 2-hour window. I had to call them. They gave me another window later and they still did not make it. To make matters worse I had to run a quick errand during a time I was not available and, before I could get back ,they called me and said they had to leave for an emergency call.Extremely bad service. When I complained, the manager said they “completed” the job.

Patrick provided FIVE STAR SERVICE! I called late yesterday and as it wasn’t an emergency; Patrick came to our home and inspect a leak from our water supply by the meter. Patrick made the repair quickly and charged only a Service Call fee. When I asked about additional work I would like to do in the future, he not only provide me one, but two estimates for different approaches to complete the work.I will continue to use Blue Frog Plumbing for all needed repairs and maintenance.

Super customer service and very friendly! I was recommended by a few people and am very pleased with the work done. They scheduled a time to come out but was running behind on another job so they called me and updated me as needed to let me know. I'll be using them again for future work. ?Update: I've used Wedgeworth multiple times since my original review within the last couple months and they always do a really great job! Their prices are competitive and never pressure you to do more work, unlike other companies that I've received quotes from. I've already recommended them to family and friends. I will be using them exclusively from now on.
