Best Replacement in Houston TX

We called for a garbage disposal issue on a Friday morning, and they offered to send somebody out same day. We couldn't be there because of our work schedules, so they claimed they could send somebody out on Saturday morning. They arrived on Saturday after providing us plenty of heads up about their arrival, and Brandon showed up to fix our issue. He was extremely professional and helpful, provided advice as he was fixing our issue, and after a thorough inspection and a quick fix he charged us a very reasonable price. Considering the customer service, response time, and price I'd recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues. Additionally, while I can't comment on their AC service capabilities because that wasn't our issue, we have kept their card and plan to keep them in the back of our minds for if we do have an AC issue because their service for us today was amazing. Highly recommend this company.

Cooper Plumbing was very quick to respond to me and get me on their route for the next day. Luke was very polite and explained everything he was doing and why. He was respectful, professional and allowed my son to watch him and answered all his questions. 10/10 recommend this company.

I called Nick’s Plumbing to address some issues I had with faulty toilets. They sent out Eric and he was able to clearly and concisely communicate all of my options and how to go about solving the issues. Main Drain was backed up, Advance sent a tech within a couple of hours. GEI Plumbing Services of Houston did a great job explaining everything and clearing the issue.

CJ came out on Christmas Eve and fixed a broken pipe. I can’t thank him enough. I have all of our family coming for Christmas. Thanks to CJ we now have water so our family can enjoy Christmas. Thank you CJ!!

After experiencing a complete failure with another plumbing company, Alfredo was able to access into the cleanout and quickly diagnose the problem as a broken sewer line. Alfredo and his team replaced the line the next day. No gimmicky sales, just honest work much appreciated.

I can confidently recommend TQP for your commercial plumbing needs based on my experience. My first experience was with a toilet stopage down the line before the cleanout access. Another company quoted me a bazillion dollars based upon they needed to bring out the Godzilla auger. Ok. I called TQP. They were prompt, got here on time completely prepared to resolve the problem. They quoted me fairly, I paid them 1/2 up front and they were done in reasonably short order. They presented pictures of the problem before and the solved problem after completion. I paid the balance due as a happy customer. My second experience was the same. If you need the job done right and want a fair price, give these guys a try. If I could give the company negative stars I would! My entire experience was HORRIBLE! I was informed that a technician would come to my house between the hours of 8 am - 12 pm. Just to find out they didn’t block me out a timeframe! I called several times to find out why I was misinformed just for them to say I was next in line for a “quote”. When I initially spoke with the scheduler, she informed that services would be performed at the time of the appointment. She asked very detailed questions to ensure they had everything at the time of visit. I was very detailed with everything that would be needed. So, to find out it would only be for a “quote” really took me over! In addition, the technician called at 3:30 pm saying he was an hour out! He asked was it too late and if I wanted to reschedule. I informed him absolutely not! I’ve been waiting since 7:30 am on his arrival. He then proceeded to say, well I’ll be there in a hour. I ran to the store that is less than 10 minutes from my home now that I had a definite time to work with. He then showed up within 40 minutes and when asked to stay until the time he informed me he would be there, he left! He told me to reschedule as he couldn’t wait! WTH?!?! I’ve been waiting all day and this is his response after he told me it would take 1 hour! Clearly he was trying to have me reschedule! If Douglas Palacios did not want to work today, he should have stayed at home! Talk about unprofessional! I wasted an entire day for absolutely nothing! Please book with a more professional company ! Just horrible!
