We have dealt with John Moore plumbing and had so many problems so it was a welcomed relief to have village plumbing come to our house and install a new water heater. David was very knowledgeable about why our old heater was leaking and where it was leaking from. He explained in detail what we needed to do and why. The installation process went smoothly and quickly and he explained how the new heater worked and how it needed to be maintained. He also explained that the previous water heater wasn’t very stable where it was, so he moved it to where it would be more stable. Our water heater is upstairs in the attic, so this made us feel much more comfortable knowing it was installed in a better spot. He was very professional and we will definitely be using village plumbing again.

Best plumbing service I’ve ever received. From the initial phone call to the end of my service, everyone was professional, polite, and respectful. Luke came out within two hours of my initial phone call and was better than I could’ve ever expected. He explained things and didn’t try to up-sell in any way. He was transparent and upfront about all needs and prices from beginning to end. I had a great experience with GEI Plumbing Services. They were able to come out and fix my shower quickly, and they were inexpensive. I was able to get the job done, and it was finished in one day.It wasn't until I had a problem with my sink that I realized how much of a difference having them around made—the technician who came out was really friendly, explained what he was doing, and gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems.They also did an emergency service for us when our toilet broke down, which saved us money by not having to replace the whole thing.

Wedgeworth Plumbing is a great company. They gave me a 2 hour window and when they saw they would be a little late, they called and let me know. They are great in customer service and they do a great job getting the problem diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. They are my go to plumber.

We had yet another leak in the ceiling and determined that all of our galvanized pipes needed to be replaced. We had used TQP for minor work before, had liked them, so decided to give them a call. Their quote was very fair - almost half the price of a bigger company. They first came to prep the house and then worked on my pipes for 6 days straight (2 story, 3 bath, etc.). I cannot say enough good things about them and the quality of their work. Our lead plumber was Pepe Coronel and he was assisted by Frankie. They were both extremely respectful and did not stop working the entire time. I received a bio email every morning, along with a courtesy phone call to let me know they were coming, but the best part was Pepe walking through everything with me before he'd leave - he would show me what they had done that day and explained how everything worked. They would also clean up at the end of the day and let me know what the plan was for the following day. They made a bad situation bearable and I am happy to have had them do the work. They will be my first choice when I need any plumbing-related services.

I emailed for an appointment on a Monday morning. By 8 am, I had an email response. By noon a very y nice representative called me. Before my appointment that day, they called and checked in. Our service person was so nice and well informed. All our services were done in a timely, clean and professional manner. I've never had better service from a plumbing company in my life. Awesome. Stellar service from the first phone call.Just finished renovations on my new house and was starting to piece things together when a contractor called us to let us know that Centerpoint came to do something and said the gas line from the meter into the house was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced immediately - something our inspector didn't catch.We were already planning on getting a plumber to handle connecting the gas stove top, all the sink/dishwasher/disposal connections, and placing a new toilet in, but this expedited the process.I called (semi-frantically) on a Saturday as things like gas lines are in need of quick taking care of. Half the businesses I called didn't answer or wanted quite a bit just to come out. When I called All in the Family, I left a voicemail but immediately Donna called me back to let me know someone could come out on Monday to fix the line and give a quote for the rest of the work. They were willing to work with my work schedule so I could miss as little as possible as I work 25 miles away from my house.Mark came out promptly on Monday and explained what he needed to do to fix the gas line as well as what we COULD have to do if things didn't go smoothly and we had to escalate the situation. Luckily, things went well and no sheetrock had to be cut. He also showed me how the gas line going in (besides being corroded as all get out) wasn't fully screwed into the house - eek! He allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted as this was my house, something I really appreciated. He also advised that the inspection company had no excuse for not catching something of this caliber and to ask for compensation (hint: they did pay for the work and owned up).He then looked at everything else and advised us on some of our choices (don't listen to all the sales people at Lowe's, people - listen to your plumber). Called them back the next week to finish up work (once we returned some of our upsold products from Lowe's) and Mark and Jake did a great job finishing up everything else. They tested everything and ensured it was all to satisfaction.Upfront and honest with their pricing, on time, personable and just all around helpful.SO thankful that I connected with them. You never HOPE to call out a plumber, but if I have to - I know who I'll be calling back!

Eric was professional and thorough with his work. He fixed a leak in my dishwasher and installed a new faucet and corrected the water pressure in the connections of my washing machine and fixed a toilet as well!! I definitely recommend this company and Eric! Thank you!

We purchased a home in a gated neighborhood almost a year ago. We had major plumbing work and had four companies give us outrageous quotes without understanding the scope. Other plumbing companies were fired for make-up work to pocket the money or never pull a City inspection. Brad and his son, Josh, came out when they said they would and treated my property with great respect and care. They had to trench to replace a 60-year old sewer drain. They had to tunnel under a 7' section of patio and insisted on trying that rather than breaking up the patio. They used cardboard down the full length of the trench to ensure that the dirt did not make mud all over the yard and that all the dirt went back in the hole. When all was said and done, my kitchen sink drained and my yard has a small scar that will heal quickly. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that their price was half what a big company quoted for the same job.

I had Abacus come out and look at installing a Tesla EV charger. I have a brand new home that was pre-wired for EV charging. I am by no means an electrician, but I was fluent enough to know my breaker and wiring specs, and what exactly the charger needed to function. The Abacus guy was very nice and respectful, but was either clueless or trying to take advantage of me. We looked at the breaker and wiring together. He absolutely promised I needed either a $1200 upgrade to a GFCI breaker of the same amperage that was already in the panel and pre-wired to the mounting spot OR a $2000 upgrade to a higher amp breaker and new wiring. On the smaller upgrade, I told him very clearly this isn't necessary and he promised he's installed many of these exact chargers and it is necessary. I checked the Tesla installation guide after he left and in big bold letters it says not to use a GFCI breaker because GFCI protection is built into the charger. I told him this point blank when he was here and he dismissed me based on all the installs he's done. On the more expensive upgrade, he said using the wall connecter on the existing breaker isn't just slower (he's correct), but it will not work because the wall charger requires 50A. Again, completely wrong and I told him this. The charger can support anywhere from 15 - 60 Amps. Also in the Tesla install guide. Based on his claims of having installed so many of these chargers, I can't imagine how many people have grossly overpaid for unnecessary work. Separate from the installation manual, 2 of my neighbors in identical homes have Teslas and neither of them did any sort of upgrades on install. I want to give credit that the Abacus employee was nice and respectful, which leads me to believe he had no idea what he was talking about rather than trying to take advantage of me. Abacus did come the same day I called, so I'd consider using them again, but only for a job that I am confident I don't need their advice on what work is necessary.
