They showed up quickly after I called them and their technicians were courteous and good at explaining what the issue was. They got the job done fast and the price was very reasonable. They wanted me to pay $1543 to replace a fan/motor. I called another person who went and did some repair work (no fan or motor replacement) and charged us $120. The abacus service guy suggested financing not realizing the extra monthly cost to us with interest.Imagine, fan and/or Motor not broken, but ready to replace it and charge us $1543 (1300% more) without a conscience of the financial impact to us and informing that others would charge us more then $1543Taking advantage and thriving upon the situation of desperation of folks whocan’t live without AC in this Texas heat and charging horrendous amounts up to 1300% more and who knows probably much more in other cases. This type of business makes my stomach sick. May Our God Have Mercy on Them.

These guys sent over a crack head looking guy with tattoos al over him smelling like weed. Worked on our water heater and couldn't fix it so charged us over $300 to tell us must be the controller and that would be an additional $750 to put a $150 part in. I dont suggest anyone tyo ever use these guys. Reporting them to Bbb. Just taking advantage of the elderly is what tbey do.

This is the the worst company ever “the grand theft company”, they work completely unprofessional, they worked in my house for 12 days and everyday they would call me like at 8 am and would show up 3 or 4 hours later. They didn’t have the appropriate tools to work, Also when they needed something from home-depot they would take almost 2 hours to come back. My living room and bedroom was full of dust from what they were cutting because they didn’t cover the bathroom entrance, They asked me for water, ice, and to sit on my chairs with all their dirty clothes and to complete the whole review they stole tools from my garage because they used my garage to cut the tiles for the bathroom and the job was completely awful.
