The guys were friendly and quick. Kitchen sink was clogged real bad - 15 foot into the kitchen sink drain line. They cleared the clog with the snake and had me all taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I would call these guys again. Fair price too! I was able to get service the same day I called.

Guy was amazing. We called him when our water heater was leaking. He came to our house within 40 minutes. We got the heater here the same night. He returned the next morning and did the install as it was late. We have new carpet and he was very cautious to cover where he was working to not get anything on the carpet. I would surely use him again for any other plumbing need.

C.J. of Blue Frog Plumbing did a great job repairing a broken pipe due to the freeze. He was prompt, courteous and professional. In addition, the ladies I spoke with at Blue Frog were friendly and helpful when I was frustrated at not being able to find a plumber. I highly recommend Blue Frog of West Houston. These plumbers were super great to work with. After being frustrated by 3 other companies I was referred by a friend to Plumbing Houston. They were honest and not pushy. They also didn’t try to scare me or up sell me like everyone else. They saved me $16K and an emotional breakdown. Instead of Jack hammering my brand new renovation we cut out 2 ft of concrete and replaced one pipe. I would absolutely use this company again but I will call them first and save the headache.

I recently had a tankless water installed and had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved when I called All in the Family Plumbing. Donna was very nice and was quick to help me get a time scheduled. Her son came out and was quick to identify and resolve the issue. Both visits were minor things that did not require any parts or labor. I was expecting to be charged at least a trip charge, but they would not accept anything for payment, except a bottle of cold water. It's very hard to find exceptional service like this these days...and at a TRULY affordable price. I'm confident if something does go seriously wrong with my plumbing these guys will take care of me without breaking the bank. Thank you for the exceptional service! Nice plumber. Job completed. Work required: connection of drain from ice maker; leaking sink and faucet in utility room, running toilet. 4.5 hrs and $150 parts total $760.00. No Kohler parts on truck. Work completed: 2 Strainers and drains replaced, o-ring in faucet; toilet bowl had to be removed to replace leaking valve. When drain line connected to piping for ice maker, strainer drained leaked afterwards. Longer than expected and higher cost than expected. You be the judge as to how I faired.

TDT saved us thousands of dollars. We had them come in to give us a second opinion. They gave our drains the ok. The first plumbing company said we had a broken drain. TDT showed us the video and even located the direction and location of the drains. Michah & Curtis Came out.

I called and some man answered and I told him my problem with the AC drain and told him ( I called wed ) and told him no hurry that I was catching the water and he said we will call yo that day turs or Fri for sure and NO CALL ! SCREW THEMI have used this company for the past 35 years and NOW I AM GOING TO CALL THE CORPORATE COMPANIES. I wanted to stay with the smaller family companies that I have been comfortable with BUT I would rather pay more at this point being Hicks with their unforgivable serviceF themMom Pop business today are just plain old no good any more. We have had 3 other plumbing companies out here, been living with this problem since Thanksgiving 2020..But thanking GOD for AAA Plumbers today!

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.
