This is the third person from Village Plumbing that has came out to perform maintenance request. Each and everyone of them have been very polite and professional! Absolutely wonderful service, called me several times to let me know the status of the technician’s arrival time. Technicians were very professional. Charges for a water leak detection were very reasonable. I called them for a second opinion after another plumber told me that I would need to have my floor ripped up to find the leak. Nick’s technicians found the problem - a mal-functioning heater control valve. Saved me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend them.

These guys were a joke, we were paying premium for weekend service but he didn’t have the parts he needed and 3 different guys ended up coming out, none of which knew what the previous guy had done or what materials he needed. They quoted me drywall repair in the estimate for changing the shower valve and then send me a $300.00 quote to fix the drywall they never fixed.

Thanksgiving Day is a time for family and friends not greeting the Fire Department at your front door! As we found out, all our alarms went off at the same time because the hot water heaters in the attic were flooding into them. Hence, a frantic call for a Plumber. We would like to give a big thanks to Duane and Kris at Bluefrog Plumbing for coming out Thanksgiving weekend to replace our leaking hot water system. They arrived promptly and were able to locate the issue and provide us immediately with a new system. Duane even suggested to change the way our system was originally plumbed to make it more efficient and last longer. Duane is such a nice, personable guy. I can’t say enough about Lucky’s Plumbing! They’ve installed several fixtures for me, replaced valves, pipes, etc. They’re 100% reliable and answer the phone every time I call.I actually even had an emergency situation one evening where the valve to the water main to my entire house broke in the off position, and Lucky’s Plumbing was there within the hour to repair it.

I'm so glad I called Houston Plumbing Service. After bad service with another plumbing company I noticed a leak in our backyard. I searched Google for a local company with good reviews. I used their online service request form and they called to see how they could help. We we're able to get a quote with options by sharing some photos of the leak virtually. It wasn't an emergency to me but they were able to fit us in sooner than I expected. In less than two hours they removed an old water softener and patched the pipe. They even wrapped it and installed an extra emergency shut off for me. They wore ppe and followed covid protocols which was important for me. Their customer service is better than I've ever experienced, very friendly and comforting. All my service options were reasonably priced, less than I expected. I will definitely be using their services in the future and I wish all repair companies followed their standard of service. They are really the best.

I didn't do service with them but a company that doesn't go out to your house and see for themselves the situation and instead asks you to take pictures of your water heater to send to them.... that seems lazy to me and untrustworthy. They seemed nice though ?‍♀️

The techs that came out were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were helpful in fixing the issues and provide details and explanations. It was a late Saturday night that we called and they came quickly and within the given time frame. I would highly recommended!
