Unreasonably expensive quotes even before identifying the real problems. Will never call them again.$200 for changing a plug!

Jeremy was professional & inspected the power panel & gave me his recommendations on upgrading the systems. Very polite & knowledgeable. He gave me 3 quotes as to what type of service needed to be done. I am preparing to sell the family homestead & needed an array of information & pricing at this point before making any decisions. He also recommended other services, like A/C, which had already been taken care or, & various financial payment plans available. And he mentioned the April discounts that could be applied.

This company is AWESOME!!!! Ruben was our contact, very knowledgeable and friendly check everything in attic and everywhere around the house, I was impressed with the whole company. We had lots of electrical problems going on but Ruben assured me they could handle all of it and they did!!!!! They were a clean crew, no mess left afterwards. This company is a 5 Star Team all the way!

Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

Mid-West Electrical has been our electrical service provider for over 30 years now. They have done everything from small jobs to large major jobs. Their office personnel to their electricians have all been great to work with. Very professional and responsive to all our needs. Special thanks to Justin Lewis for his quick responses, input and expertise in obtaining quotes and willingness to help out were needed. And to our go to electrician Bob Shiffler for all his years of service and expertise (Great Electrician). I highly recommend Mid-West Electric for all your jobs no matter the scope of work your in need of.

Melton did a fantastic job on all our low voltage needs at our new corporate headquarters. They adapted to ever changing project timelines and completed the job well before mandated deadlines. The network rack and cabling job is the best I’ve ever seen in over 25 years of IT work. Well organized, professional staff and attention to detail is second to none. This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Don’t let the lack of reviews scare you away! I have used CA Electrical Contractor for both small residential and big commercial jobs (wiring commercial A/C, installing new electrical panels & transformer). Cruz is always easy to reach and his crew is on time. Quality work done in a timely manner at more than reasonable prices. I don’t hesitate recommending these guys to friends/family.

Lutz provided quality contracting services for my home. Their sub-contractors were very high quality and their project manager went above and beyond to make me happy. They are not inexpensive, but quality work is not cheap. I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend them to friends.
