The connection between the galvanized steel into the home and the PVC piping to irrigating sprinkler system had failed. This became a problem when trying to dismantle the galvanized material and the scope of repairs spread into the house and then the attic until a suitable threaded connection was found to which they could make good connections to. Luke Potter, the young man who was the attending plumber from Cooper Plumbing was very professional, neat and clean in his work and did not look at his watch once as the problem spread into the house and he knew he was keeping their next customer waiting. He stayed with it until everything was checked and tested and we were satisfied. I found him to be knowledgeable and happy to educate me (and I am always ready to learn) when I asked questions about the equipment or the material he was using or how things were done.I would certainly recommend his services to anyone.

I just needed a technician to come out asap due to a leak coming from my ceiling and yet no rain in awhile. I called at 4:15pm and he arrived before 6pm. He checked my attic and located the problem right away. I promptly shut off my A/C which is leaking and will be in search of an A/C HVAC company. I would definitely recommend these guus!!

They asked for $833 to replace the main shirt off valve. The highest quality valve cost $25 at home depot. Be reasonable with your prices.

After the freeze, we had some busted pipes. We got the name of Texas Plumbing 911 through a post on NextDoor. The person on ND gave Rosa our number and she called to coordinate when Texas Plumbing could come out. Once we were “on the list”, Rosa kept us informed on when James, the plumber, would arrive. James arrived on time, knew what he was doing and had the parts needed to fix the leak. After James fixed 2 leaks, he thought there was still something running, but couldn’t figure out where it was. The third leak showed up later that day but James came back and fixed it!! Great work!! We will use them again!!!

Wow! Ben and Junior came out this morning and fixed my sink. Someone I know installed it wrong and I had water everywhere. They came out within 24 hours of it happening and had it fixed in no time. The kept me informed as to when the would be here and they were absolutely on time. Seems like a small thing, but when you're working thats a big help. I 100% will be using them if I have plumbing problems elsewhere ever again. Thanks guys!

My most recent plumbing needs was to have a broken pipe in the front of my home repaired. In Lindell's first visit and attempt to repair pipe he discovered the main needed to be repaired by the water company. He told us how to get them there immediately. It worked, he returned and completed repairs the same day and did an EXCELLENT job replacing the patches of grass he had to remove in order to make repairs. This was my 3rd or 4th time using All Around Plumbing for my business and for my home, each time I've been completely satisfied.It would be nice to have more excellent experiences from professionals. He set the bar high for customers care and great service.

Brad and his son, Josh, came out when they said they would and treated my property with great respect and care. They had to trench to replace a 60-year old sewer drain. They had to tunnel under a 7' section of patio and insisted on trying that rather than breaking up the patio. They used cardboard down the full length of the trench to ensure that the dirt did not make mud all over the yard and that all the dirt went back in the hole. When all was said and done, my kitchen sink drained and my yard has a small scar that will heal quickly. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that their price was half what a big company quoted for the same job.

Very professional, not too expensive! They weren’t trying to buckle and dime me, the technician was super knowledgeable and helpful. Want to make sure everything was working properly before he left.

Houston Plumbing Services came out after Winter Storm Uri and fixed no less than 6 busted pipes to make sure I had a working bathroom and kitchen again. The plumbers took time to explain what was happening and my options and the office stayed in touch about the time for my appointment. Having someone to keep you updated about when they could come out was a huge relief, considering how hard it was to get in touch with anyone this week. And the guys did great work, made sure everything was running and scheduled a follow up appointment. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Please stay away from this company! Do not use them. I found them on Yelp, and decided to use them based on the reviews. They installed a water heater last April 2020 and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. I have called them numerous times because it is still under warranty, and they are giving me the run around. They don't pick up my phone calls anymore! I had paid over $1300 for this brand new Rheem water heater. Please save your money and use a reputable company. I don't understand how they have good reviews!!!!! I am reporting them to BBB.Response to owner reply: Don’t you want customers to return to you for service? Perhaps you are correct in your description of the warranties. The issue is that you were too occupied with deflecting blame and not concerned with fixing our problem. After repeated calls, promises from your representative that you would call us back, we received nothing for two weeks. Of course we had the option to call another plumber, and we are now exercising that option. You asked why we are mad, and the answer is that we thought we had developed a business relationship with a company that cared about honoring and growing that relationship with their existing customers. We were wrong.

We had our faucet replaced and we love the finished product. Everything was taken care of quickly and neatly. Definitely recommend!!!!

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues. Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA.UPDATE:Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally. The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional.Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.
