They were good, quick easy fix for them as all I needed was my toilet flush valve replaced. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and charged me $240. Was even more but he took $25. off. Only reason I didn't replace it myself was my tools were stolen a week before it broke. I needed it fixed so had to pay it or pay them $50. just for coming out and giving me a quote. Very quick but way too expensive, even if the parts cost $40. they charged me $200. for 30 minutes of work. I will never call them again for anything charging those kind of rates.

When the owner of the company shows up at your door at 10:45 pm to help with a plumbing issue, you know they are the real deal! His team are the best. Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Noe Guerra did the annual check of our heating system, which was installed by Abacus. He did a great job, was thorough, helpful, instructed me in what type of filter was needed, provided additional recommendations, and checked to make sure we had the updated credit card for our membership renewals, and did all these with a most pleasant demeanor. We hope that he comes back to do our yearly AC check.

We had an outside pipe break during the recent winter storm. We started calling plumbers on Wednesday in hope of getting someone out the following week. TDT actually answered our call and indicated they would have a technician call us Friday. We were so excited but still a bit doubtful so continued to make calls and we were put on wait lists. TDT called first thing Friday morning to advise someone would be out before noon and they were. The part for our repair was not on their truck so they went back to their office to get the part and made the repair. AMAZING.We will never use another plumber.
