Rex diagnosed my issues and found another issue that was a problem and was so patient with all of my questions. He is very professional and explains everything. I had to call him back and ask him more questions about my bathtub before he came out to replace a major part and he is so nice and so helpful when explaining how things work or do not work. I am very impressed with his work and will use him for my re-piping my house and re-routing my water pipes.

Plumbers are good, communication about the work and the billing should have been better. I recommend making them give you a quote on paper or email before letting them start any work.

I refer him out to any of my customers with larger projects such as repiping a home or replacing sewer lines. Mark isn't happy unless his customers are happy. Eric with Lucky's Plumbing came out today to my home to assess my gas plumbing issue and provide a quote. The options offered to resolve the issue was resourceful and performed at a fair price right on the spot. I would use Lucky's again for sure! Bill.

Mr. Rooter was wonderful! I had some serious leaks with my shower and hot water heater late on a Friday. They worked very diligently to do their best to get a technician out there that night. Our technician, Adam, was able to make it out that night and worked until 11pm to help fix our problems. He had to saw a few things for the next day, but he was extremely helpful in helping us fix our critical issues in a timely manner. He was very honest and upfront with prices as well and did what he could to save me money. We don't live in the house, either, so but Adam and Mr. Rooter communicated very well to me throughout. I'll definitely be using them next one I need any plumbing work done.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

This company is outstanding. The two gentlemen who work and represent Abacus, installed my HVAC unit, were very professional responsible and courteous.The pair go above and beyond! They helped me with connecting my hose to my sprinkler- it took him literally less than 5 seconds (ha ha)saving me time.They did a fantastic job! My house is so nice and consistently cool now. Called them to fix a leak behind a wall in my bathroom. They came and fixed it and billed me the same day. Two months later the same pipe they worked on leaked again. I called and asked if they had any warranty on their work and they said if it was the material or labor on their end it would be covered by their warranty. They came and fixed it again didn't say anything about a charge, no one called after about a bill, thought the matter was done. Then two weeks later they sent me a bill by mail.So I have to pay twice to get the job done right I guess (not to mention having to have my dry wall repaired twice now as well).

AAA saved the day when we had raw sewage backing up on Thanksgiving Day. On call technician called back within minutes, arrived within the hour and took care of the issue.
