This company and its employees are like family when working to help homeowners. It has been rough on everyone in Houston with the unexpected winter storm, but when I called Alex at Nicks Heating and Air they found a way to work me in and made sure our family had a working heating and cooling system. I will be honest and tell you sometimes they are not able to answer the phones, but I promise you they will return your call and get to every customer. What more can you ask for when all of Houston and surrounding cities were hit hard. I tell you I would bet my money on Nick’s because I know they are proud of the work they do and it’s a company you can trust. They are not a company chasing money they are building customer relationships.

GEI Plumbing Services tech came to fix my broken faucet and leak. He explained everything he had to do. I like that the company kept in touch with me as far as him being able to come earlier and letting me know he was on his way. He did a great job in a timely manner, was professional, and cleaned up behind himself. I would totally recommend using him or Schuler plumbers.

Engaged them through Home Serve program with Centerpoint Energy to repair a leak in my incoming water line. The tech (Jose) was professional, thorough and clearly competent. He was on time, explained the issues and the suggested repair. But the thing that stuck me more than anything is how he was able to dig a 5 foot by 3 foot hole, make the repair, backfill it and leave the site looking almost as if nothing had happened. And he did all that without getting mud all over himself! Because I did not pay directly for the service, I can't comment on the price but I will certainly contact them for any non-covered repair I need in the future.

These guys are GREAT. Quality work at a reasonable price. They have worked on several of my rental homes as well as my personal house. Everything from minor plumbing repairs to redoing our entire master bath. New shower, toilets, faucets and so on. I would highly recommend these plumbers.

Fernando was prompt, put on shoe covers at the door. He checked the two plumbing problems, made a thorough assessment and gave excellent explanations, then did the repairs. He did not push further services which were not needed and both areas were spotless when the jobs were completed.In addition, Fernando was very pleasant, professional and triple checked the total bill to ensure it was accurate. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and was very pleased with the service.

Eric with Lucky's Plumbing was great! Called the receptionist at 7:30am. He was here by 9:30 and out the door by 10:00am. He swiftly repaired the shut off valve to the toilet with no muss or fuss! I will definitely be recommending Lucky's Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber.

Francisco and Jorge came on time and addressed the bad job done by the previous plumbers that we hired. I will definitely hire these plumbers again. They know their stuff.

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

I came home from work to a leak from a backed up AC drain pipe and was able to get an after-hours call scheduled. Cesar was able to make it to my house faster than I had anticipated given a six-hour window; he was super professional and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within half an hour. Costs were communicated clearly up front and payment was convenient.

The Legacy Church in Alvin experienced non working leaking valves on men's and women's restrooms that caused low water pressure throughout the building. To prevent costly water usage the water line was shut off to the worship facility and M&M Plumbing was called the next day. M&M immediately responded and made temporary repairs until the correct valve internal parts could be ordered, delivered and installed. This timely response allowed the building to be reopened and there was no interruption to our worship services; thank you!!. After permanent repairs were made, the plumbing valves and fixtures are like new, all working in harmony! The Legacy Church sends their blessing!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!
