Had Cooper come in to replace our water heater. These guys were very professional and upfront about all the costs. The work they did was clean and well done. My new go-to for plumbing needs.

Great service! They had a morning cancellation and were nice enough to call and offer me that spot so that I didnt have to wait til afternoon. Caleb did a great job...quick, professional, and gave a reasonable rate. I appreciate that their techs are wearing masks in peoples homes.

SCAMMERS!!! RUN! On Nov. 1st we had them come out to clean our pipe in our master bath. We have a branch growing into the pipe and they assured us it could be cleaned out. They used a water jet machine & poured acid down the toilet. We were able to use our tub/toilet until Dec. 15th. Then our tub started stopping up and water came up out of the bottom of our toilet. We have documents stating that they guarantee their work... we called to make an appointment & ended up rescheduling 2 times bc they couldn't show up during the window allotted. They came out today & the rep said they have to do a clean out that would cost us ANOTHER $1200. My husband said he didn't want that, we wanted it to be de-scaled. The rep left & said the owner would call. The owner, IDO COHEN called and said we need a clean out and we are wasting his time, do not call back and there is no warranty- although we were received an email saying there is a warranty on their work. He proceeded to tell my husband, don't call this number again I'm going to hang up and he did... Husband called back and he answered and said we weren't getting any money back from them, it's not my problem, don't call this number again and hung up. Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Do not use them- they will not fix your problems and are ridiculously unprofessional. I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR TO LEAVE THE REVIEW, BUT LET ME CLEAR THEY ARE A ZERO STAR COMPANY.

Excellent troubleshooting and repair work for a Navien tankless heater. They worked with Navien's technical support team--who were frankly quite rigid and inefficient--and found a way to extract the support out of them that was needed. All that said, they could use a new dispatcher, or give that young gentleman some training. I won't name names.

This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again in the future if a plumbing issue arises. They were reasonable on prices and timely. They came out the next day after my call and made the repairs needed.

Richard showed up when he said he would and even called to advise he was on his way. He did an excellent job though I was a little surprised by the cost, which was more than I anticipated. Still, he did tell me what it would be before beginning work and I approved it as I didn't want to have to contact anyone else.

This is my first time using Redfin, I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday and they were here today and repaired the things I really needed fixed. I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

Brad's plumbing is a grate small company that cares about their work, realy neat work and professional attitude with experience. They may not be cheap but as they say you get what you paid for. Thanks for helping us out Brad.

Recently I had a leak in my yard. I called Abacus for a quote. They came out highest quote was about 6k lowest quote which was highly suggested it would be way more was 3300. I was urged to book service asap. I decided to get a few more quotes. Nobody even came close to the inflated price Abacus gave me. The job ended up being 565.00. It’s almost criminal that they were trying to charge me 5.3k more. Do your due diligence and get several quotes.

AAA Plumbers did an amazing job!!!!! The City of Houston came days before my owner's visit and dug a HUGE hole. I called AAA and they went to work! They had a crew there the next morning, Joseph & Weldon were wonderful. They kept me updated throughout the day and waited patiently for me when I was with clients.
